WILSON, Jack Clifford
Passed away quietly on Thursday evening, May 22, 2008 in Toronto. Clifford lived a long and successful life and will be missed by many family and Friends. "Cliff" was born in Montreal on April 12, 1928 to parents Fredrick James WILSON and Edna May McWATERS. He is survived by his sons Timothy (Sharon), Rodney (Barbara), David (Debra), Bradley, his grandchildren Abby, Jessica, Dylan, Nicole, Steven, Jeffrey and Kevin, his sister Shirley GRAHAM and her husband Reginald. He is predeceased by his sisters, Jean EDWARDS, Patricia McCRIMMON, Josephine WILLIS and his brother Donald WILSON. Clifford graduated from Concordia University in Montreal and joined the advertising agency Cockfield Brown in Montreal, later Kenyon and Eckhart Advertising in Detroit and Toronto, and where he became President. He received a degree from Cornel University in New York and concluded his career at Seneca College in Toronto. He will be remembered for his intellect, great sense of humour, and many practical jokes that added happiness to many lives. The family will receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Passed away, peacefully surrounded by her family, at Ross Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 26th, 2008, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin James. Loving mother of Carolynn McCRINDLE of Collingwood, Jacqueline STOCKLEY of Orillia, Anne Marie STOCKLEY of Milton, and James (Karen) STOCKLEY of Glenarm. Predeceased by daughter Marion Margaret. Loving grandmother and treasured by 15 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late James and Margaret DUFFY of Rathburn. Survived by sister Margaret (Peggy) DRINKLE and predeceased by sisters Mary BAYE, and Genevieve DUFFY, and brothers Arthur and Cecil DUFFY. Friends and relatives may call at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Then to St. Columbkille's Church, Uptergrove for Mass of Christian Burial Saturday afternoon, March 29th at 1 p.m. Spring interment: St. Columbkille's Church Cemetery, Uptergrove. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 31, 2008 with family at her side at the age of 90. Wife of the late Donald McRITCHIE. Cherished by her children Barbara (Daniel HRENYK,) Mary Beth (Ian MacDONALD) and Donna McRITCHIE (Shaf KESHAVJEE.) Survived by her grandchildren Melody, James, Ashley, Alissa and Sara and great-grandchild Jessica. Friends will be received at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 from 2-3 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in the chapel beginning at 3 p.m. Hazel's final resting place will be Resthaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to North York General Hospital Breast Diagnostic Centre.
