On Monday, April 7, 2008, Malle passed away at Saint Michael's Hospital with her loving husband of 52 years, Henn, and children, Peter and Marika, at her side. Cherished Mother-in-law to Danielle CORRIVEAU- MAESTE and Gerry CROZIER and proud and doting Nana to Andrew and Ingrid. An enthusiastic reader with a keen interest in a broad range of subjects ranging from European history, travel, antiques, fine dining to mysteries and current events, she inspired us all to learn and appreciate. Malle was a talented gourmet cook, an avid art and antique collector and was an accomplished artist and painter. Malle was a kind, gentle and compassionate soul, proud of her Estonian heritage, always supportive, quick to laugh and genuinely interested in those around her. She will be sadly missed by all. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 10, at Murray Newbigging, Mount Pleasant Ave at 11 a.m. A family visitation is scheduled for Wednesday evening between 7 and 9 P.M.
