(May 7, 1935-June 15, 2008)
Died surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 15, 2008. Paul BLACK, devoted and loving husband of Joyce (née FOSTNER.) Loving father of Gregory (Linda), John (Amanda), the late Raymund, Paul (Sheelagh), Stephanie (Gordon HYNDFORD), Catherine (Andrew JOHNSTON.) Beloved grandfather of Devin, Alec, Justin, Samantha, Jane, Emma, and Cheyenne. Dear brother of Peter (Elsie). Predeceased by parents John and Violet BLACK. Greatly respected by his peers and many Friends, he will be remembered as a consummate gentleman who lived a life of honour, integrity, courage and deep love for his family.
Friends and family will be received at Lynett Funeral Home, 3299 Dundas St. West (one block east of Runnymede) Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 20, 2008, at 11: 00 o'clock, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3055 Bloor St. West (at Royal York). Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Military Institute, 426 University Ave. (on west side, between Dundas and Queen), Toronto.

Peacefully at Maitland Manor on Sunday, March 23, 2008. Harvey SCRIMGEOUR of Goderich, in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Grace (FINCH) SCRIMGEOUR. Loving father of Barry of Bayfield and Bill (Marlene) of Collingwood. Dear grandfather of Kim (Keith) BRALEY of Canisteo, New York and Mark SCRIMGEOUR of Hamilton. Step grandfather of Holly (T.E.S.) HYNES, Patty (Greg) GROSSMAN and Mark WILLIAMSON all of Collingwood. Great-grandfather to Connor BRALEY. Step great-grandfather to Myla, Alyssa, Tyler GROSSMAN and Tehya HYNES. Dear friend of Leona McBRIDE and fondly remembered by Susan McBRIDE. Predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. There will be no funeral home visitation. Cremation.
