KANE, Elizabeth Joy (née SUMMERS)
48, on December 28, 2006 suddenly left her home in Glendale, California. to be with her Lord Jesus. She leaves to mourn her passing her beloved husband, Richard, and her mom, Kathleen SUMMERS. Dearly loved daughter of the late Bill SUMMERS, and the loved sister of Bert and Bonnie, Flaxville, Missouri, Mary and Ivan FLIGG, Kitchener, Ontario, Ruth and Walt SQUIRE, Chatham, Ontario, John and Dianne, Waterloo, Ontario, Gord and Pat, Regina, Saskatchewan, David and Susan, Owen Sound, Ontario. Loved aunt of several nieces and nephews. Memorial service at a later date.

Peacefully at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Sunday, January 7, 2007. Evelyn (NANT) McLEAN of Tillsonburg in her 88th year. Born in Brownsville, Ontario, February 25, 1919. Member of Avondale Zion United Church, Tillsonburg. Charter member of Brownsville Women's Institute. Member of Brownsville United Church United Church Women An avid quilter. Lived in Tillsonburg since 1986. Dear daughter of the late Thomas NANT and the late former Mary ESSELTINE. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth Charles McLEAN (November 13, 1993.) Dear father of Mary (Bill) SQUIRES, Tillsonburg, Sally (Rev. Ross HIBBERT), Stoney Creek. Proud grandmother of nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grand_sons. Also survived by two nephews. Survived by a dear friend, Ernie HARRISON, Hamilton. Predeceased by a son Thomas McLEAN (1989) and by her brother Lorne NANT (1982.) Resting at the Verhoeve Funeral Home, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, where service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at 3: 00 p.m. by Rev. Margaret MURRAY of Avondale Zion United Church, Tillsonburg and Rev. Ross HIBBERT of Linden Park United Church, Hamilton. Interment in Delmer Cemetery. Donations (by cheque only) to Canadian Breast Cancer or Avondale Zion United Church. Visitation on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

BRAIDEN, Sadie " Belle" (née ALLEN)
Peacefully at Shelburne Headwaters Health Care Centre on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 in her 87th year. Loving wife of the late Walter. Cherished mother of Garnet and his wife Leone, Allen and his wife Betty, Eva LITTLE, Jim and his wife Fran, Babara SQUIRRELL. Devoted grandmother of Cathy, Kevin, Tracey, Heather, Pam, Arlene, Kent, Steven, Cathy, Donna, Carolynn, Laurie, Ken, Larry, Wayne, Wanda, Mark, Lynn, Shane. Great-grandmother of 36 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Audrey BRUCE and brother Doug ALLEN. Predeceased by her parents Almer and Janet ALLEN and brother, Harry. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. The family received Friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne, on Wednesday, August 15 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, August 16, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service was held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, August 17, 2007 at 1 p.m. Interment in the Shelburne Cemetery. Donations to the Shelburne Headwaters Health Care Centre or Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated.
