RELOUW, Theodore Ted
Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Thursday, January 4, 2007, surrounded by the love of his family, Theodore Ted RELOUW, age 71, of R.R.#2, Grand Bend. Beloved husband of Corrie (GEERTS) RELOUW for over 45 years. Loved father, father-in-law and grandfather of Mathew and Catherine RELOUW and their son Ethan of R.R.#2, Grand Bend, Ron RELOUW and friend Christine OROSZ of Port Franks, Gary RELOUW and companion Tracey ALLISON of Port Franks and her children Graham, Tiffany and Brittany. Remembered also by his daughter-in-law Carla RELOUW of Sarnia and her children Jessica and Matt. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Tony and Fran RELOUW of R.R.#2, Grand Bend, Nellie and Bernard COMISKEY of Chatham, Angela and Glenn BRYSON of R.R.#2, Grand Bend, Chris and Anna RELOUW of London, John and Linda RELOUW of R.R.#2 Grand Bend, Jerry RELOUW and friend Marcia COPELAND of Sarnia. Loved and remembered by the Geerts families, his many nieces, nephews and their families. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman and Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers at the funeral home Sunday at 3: 30 p.m. Order of Alhambra prayers Sunday at 7 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Grand Bend, Monday, January 8, 2007 at 10: 30 a.m. The Rev. At Grey Bruce Health Services-Markdale on Saturday September 15, 2007, Raymond Grant MERRIFIELD of Markdale in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Greta MERRIFIELD (POELGEEST, née VERWEY.) Dear step-father of Christina JOHNSON (Cecil) of Sparwood, British Columbia and Janette MEYERS (Jim) of Grand Valley. Loving grandfather of Kevin (Leslie), Karen (Lonny), Troy, Wendy (Sven), Jeff (Mary), Jason (Carey), Joey (Brandy). Great-grandfather of Sarah, and Samantha; Jesse, Kris and Kyle; Kaitlyn and Darren; Brandon and Cheyenne; Claudia, Chloe and Shanelle; Colin and Luke. Sadly missed by sisters Rose WILSON of Owen Sound, Phyllis McAFEE (Bert) of Markdale and brothers Frank MERRIFIELD of Port Elgin and Nelson MERRIFIELD (Ora) of Markdale. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents John and Susan (LEPARD) MERRIFIELD, and brothers Eli, Tom and Jim MERRIFIELD. The family will receive Friends at the May Funeral Home, Markdale, Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 12: 30-2:00 p.m., where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 18th at 2: 00 p.m. Interment in Markdale Cemetery. (VERBRUGGE) VAN BUEL of Strathroy and formerly of Parkhill in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Henricus "Harry" VAN BUEL (1996.) Dear mother of August and Joanne VAN BUEL of Freelton, Marie-Louise and Peter BASTIAANSEN of Strathroy, Walter VAN BUEL of Parkhill, Deanna and Larry PUSHELBERG of Seaforth, Hilda and Al SHANNON of London. Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren, and family in Belgium. Mother-in-law of Henri POELS and Ronald LOW/LOWE/LOUGH. Predeceased by daughter Clementine POELS (2002) and daughter-in-law Pat VAN BUEL (2005.) Resting at the M. Box and son Funeral Home 183 Broad Street Parkhill. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday January 2nd. Prayers 6: 30 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated a the Sacred Heart Church Ann Street Parkhill on Wednesday, January 3rd at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend Father Tom DONOHUE officiating.
