At South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Thursday, October 11, 2007. Gloria Margarite Katheleen (AMBEAULT) KYLE of Orchardville in her 78th year. Dear mother of Rod and Pat AMBEAULT of Gananoque, Cherie PERKS and Bruce ARISS of Orchardville, Lisa and Scott LACOMBE of Harriston and Amy and Aaron HOLBROUGH of Peterborough. Grandmother of Jaro AMBEAULT, Nycki and Rob WANNAMAKER, Scott and Mel AMBEAULT, Josh and Jesse PERKS, Amanda PERKS and Tom KERR, Matt and Carla PERKS, Allyssa KYLE- VOLLETT, Mykah KYLE- VOLLETT, Jessica LACOMBE, Dakota HOLBROUGH and Brooklin HOLBROUGH and great-grandmother of Kaida AMBEAULT- WANNAMAKER, Aurora AMBEAULT- WANNAMAKER, Summit AMBEAULT- WANNAMAKER, Ben AMBEAULT, Felix AMBEAULT, Jacob KERR, Jarren KERR, Connor KERR and Everett KERR. Remembered by her brother, Bill and Joan BUCKLES of Medesto, California and by her nephews Tom, Steven and Terry and their families. Special friend to Susan, Debbie, Kim, Martha, Maddie, Elenor and Florence. Most cherished mommy to her 4-footed housemates, Mache, Thinker, Paris, Joy and Tabu. Predeceased by her husband Cleofis “Lucky&rdquo AMBEAULT and by her parents Ted and Hazel BUCKLES. Friends may call at the HARDY-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Sunday from 2: 00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held from First Baptist Church, Mount Forest on Monday at 2: 00 p.m. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, Normanby Township. At the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, January 4th, 2007. Gary Norman O'CONNOR of Dutton in his 70th year. Loved father of Michael and his wife Heather NORTON; Patrick NORTON Shannon GASPARATTO; Erin and her husband Paul KYLE and the late Kelly NORTON (1989.) Gary was a beloved brother and life long friend to Evelyn and her husband Douglas KEEP and dear brother of Charles, Wayne and his wife Sandra and Dan and his wife Carol. Predeceased by sisters Judy KOYL (1972) and Maxine SLATTERIE (2004) and by a brother Thomas O'CONNOR. Gary is also lovingly remembered by seventeen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews will greatly miss "Uncle Groove". The family acknowledges Gary's dear friend Joe Casey for his kindness and faithful support. Gary was born in Saint Thomas on April 15th, 1937, the eldest son of Harold and Dorothy HARRIS) O'CONNOR. He was retired after many years with the M.T.O., he was a member of the Kettle Valley Pioneers and was a distinguished exhibitor of restored antique engines. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St. Saint Thomas until Monday morning and then to Holy Angels' Church where Mass of the Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10: 00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Angels' Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home Sunday at 7: 00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Palliative Care Unit.
