BEACOCK, Hazel (née SMITH)
Of Wiarton passed away at Wiarton Hospital surrounded by her family on Friday, August 17, 2007 in her 95th year. Cherished mother of Lorna (Francis) EDMONSTONE of Sauble Beach and Diane (Geoff) EPSTEIN of Waterloo. Special grandmother of Lisa (Steve) ASHTON, Greg (Anita) EDMONSTONE, Scott (Shannon) Edmondstone, Graham EPSTEIN and Jordan EPSTEIN and great-grandmother of Tyler ASHTON and Blaise and Savana EDMONSTONE. She will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Clara SMITH of Lion's head as well as many nieces, nephews and her many special Friends. Hazel was predeceased by her husband Norman, parents Sarah (McARTHUR) and Patrick SMITH, brothers Alf, Charlie, Angus, Patrick (Tiny) and Bill and sisters Kathleen EBEL, Stella BRANNICK and Ellen HEPBURN. Visitation will be held at the George Funeral Home, Wiarton on Sunday, August 19, 2007 from 2: 00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Hazel's life will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 11: 00 a.m. Interment Bayview Cemetery. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy. FISHER, Carole Lee (née McNICOL)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carole on December 1st, 2007 with her family at her side at Hamilton General Hospital, after a brief illness. Carole will be deeply missed by her husband Roger who was her constant companion for 45 years. Her only daughter Tracey (EBENHARDT) will miss her best friend. Tracey's husband Scott EBENHARDT will miss a dear mother-in-law. Carole leaves behind her sister Kiera BROWN and her daughter Melodie DAVLUT, sister-in-law Sheila VIINIKKA and husband Tauno and their son Taisto and his wife Julia. Most of all her beautiful granddaughters Helana and Alexandra EBENHARDT will miss the love and care showered on them by Carole.
Carole also leaves behind a wonderful group of Friends who have been a great support for the family over the last couple of weeks. Carole will always be remembered for her incredible style and grace and for her special ability of making Friends wherever she went. Our heartfelt thanks to the talented, dedicated and caring surgeons, doctors, nurses, and staff at Hamilton General Intensive Care Unit East for making Carole's stay as comfortable as possible.

Passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday September 11, 2007 in his 19th year. Jesse, loving son of Debbie and James EBERHARDT and Joseph BALLANCE and Kim FINCH- BALLANCE. Brother of Natasha. Grandson of Jim and Ruby EBERHARDT, Laura and Ed PRATT and Dorothy and Francis ROSS. Jesse will also be sadly missed by his many extended family and Friends. McLACHLIN, Dorothy Patricia (née ANDREWS) (1927-2007)
Following a lengthy illness, Patricia is now at peace. She passed away surrounded by her family and Friends, on June 20, 2007 at Pinehaven Nursing Home, Waterloo in her 81st year. Loving mother of Stephen (Sheila) of Saskatoon, Tom (Brenda) of Waterloo, and Kathy (Greg BOURBONNIERE) of Kitchener. Devoted grandmother of Rory, Ellie, Sarah and Jericho. Lovingly remembered by her sister Joan BENNETT (Jack) and by her former husband, Rev. Alan McLACHLIN. She will be dearly missed by her longtime, devoted Friends Jeannette AMDUR and Wendy MacPHERSON. Predeceased by her parents George and Anna ANDREWS of Middleton, Nova Scotia and her son Martin James in infancy. Patricia was involved in numerous organizations. In 1947 she graduated from Acadia University and was named Life Secretary for her class. She was a longtime employee for the City of Kitchener at Rockway Gardens Senior's Centre. Patricia was actively involved in many aspects of the United Church of Canada. Later in life she attended the Local Society of Friends and served a term as their Clerk. Friends are invited to share their memories of Patricia with her family during visitation at the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday, June 24, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Patricia's life and faith will be held at Parkminster United Church, 275 Erb St. E., Waterloo, on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 2 p.m., the Rev. Peter MOFFAT and Elizabeth EBERHART- MOFFAT officiating. A reception will follow the service in the Church Hall. Cremation will take place.
