It is with profound sadness our family announces the passing of Rosa D'UVA at the age of 78 years, with her loving family by her side, God called her home on Thursday, November 16, 2006, at Leisureworld Brampton Woods. She will be reunited in heaven with her loving husband, Eugenio. She will be fondly remembered by her children Mike and Gilda D'UVA, Erminia and Angelo D'UVA, Carmelina and Giuseppe REMIGIO, Achille and Antonietta D'UVA. A devoted and wonderful Nonna to 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Loving sister to Maria YACCA, Antonietta NOTTE (deceased) and Nicolina DITTA. She will be remembered for her generosity, love of family and passion for cooking. A special thank you to all the staff at Leisureworld Brampton Woods 2 West for their dedication and compassionate care, and the staff at William Osler Health Centre, Etobicoke Campus 7th Floor, and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The family will receive their Friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50) Bolton (905-857-2213) Sunday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 o'clock, Monday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 11873 The Gore Road (Wildfield), Brampton, on Tuesday morning, November 21 at 10 o'clock (leaving funeral home at 9: 30 a.m.). Entombment St. Anthony's Mausoleum, Queen of Heaven Cemetery, (Hwy. 27) Woodbridge. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, 522 University Avenue, Unit 1400, Toronto M5G 2R5, or the charity of your choice. A resident of Wallaceburg passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Ewart "Buck" Wesley ROBINSON. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Audrey and Dan BLAIR of Wallaceburg, Pat and Fred STERLING of Oil Springs and Dan and Sheila ROBINSON of Lindsay. Loving grandmother of Kelley BLAIR, Connie BLAIR, Peter BLAIR, Dean and Jennifer STERLING, Dwight and Lisa STERLING and Robbie and Terina ROBINSON, and great-grandmother of Alexandrea, Aaron, Nick, Justin and Teiya. Kind sister of Floreda RITCHIE of Thamesville and Rita "Tine" CHALCRAFT of Miller Lake. Also survived by many nieces, nephews. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Julia (DUBUQUE) YACKS, three sisters Marie, Freda, Lillian and three brothers Clarence, Gordon and Joseph. Visitation will be held at Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. Donations to Fairfield Park Memorial Garden or Fairfield Park Palliative Care may be left at the funeral home.
