Of R.R.#3 Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, on Thursday, January 19th, 2006. He was 54. Survived by sons Frank (Tammy KENNEDY) of Carlsruhe, Chris (Michelle) of R.R.#1 Walkerton, daughter Denyel (Leon PUNAMBOLAM) of Waterloo, grandchildren Jordon, Jared, Joel and Natasha, mother Helen CASAGNETTE of Listowel, brother Barry (Pat) PLETCH of Hillsburg, sisters Marlene (Murray) FISCHER of Brussels, Joan (Bob) MOORE of Listowel. Also survived by special friend Krista WALKER. Predeceased by father Ernest. Visitation at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Saturday 2: 00 to 4: 00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 22nd, 2006 at 2: 00 p.m. Interment in Hanover Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. After a courageous battle with cancer, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2006. Thomas, born on March 23, 1932, in Limerick City, Republic of Ireland. Loving husband and best friend of Barbara (née LEONARD.) Loving father of Carol, Tom Jr., Terence and his wife Christina, Kevin and his wife Trish, and Stephen and his wife Christine. Doting Grandpa of Colleen, Jennifer, Sean, Kathleen, Robert, Danielle, Samantha, David, Adam, Matthew, Braydon, and Christopher. Dear brother of Jack (Masie,) Philomena (Denis PUNCH,) Mary (Jim DIFFLEY,) Arthur, Vinnie (Theresa) and sister-in-law Rita. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Olga Mary (née HOLT,) and brothers Willie and Patrick and sisters Florie and Veronica. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham, 905-936-3477, on Saturday, March 18 and Sunday, March 19, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Catholic burial will be held in Saint_James Church, Colgan, on Monday, March 20, at 11 a.m. If desired, donations can be made to the Cancer Society or The Princess Margaret Hospital Lodge.

Duncan was the founding director of the Addison Consort Singers, former director of the Cambridge Male Chorus and the head of Music at Paris D.S.S., he was the organist for First United Church, Galt and the Trillium Church, Cambridge, a member of the Brantford Golf and Country Club, past president of the Preston-Hespeler Kiwanis Club, and a member of the Bronte Habour Yacht Club. Beloved husband of Hilda (née O'REILLY;) loved father to Marsha SHAW (Bob) of Toronto, and Cathy FORBES (partner Harry MARCENKO) of Waterloo; cherished grandpa to Kristy OUELLETTE (partner Joey PUNZALAN) and Andrew FORBES. A Memorial Service will be held at Paris Presbyterian Church (164 Grand River St. N. Paris) on Saturday April 1, 2006 at 3: 00 p.m. with Reverend Stan COX Officiating.
