Sadly at London Health Sciences Centre University Hospital on Monday, October 9, 2006 Casey (Kazimierz) PTAK dearly loved and cherished husband and best friend of Catherine (RONDINELLI) PTAK, age 50 years. Loving and proud father of Stephanie PTAK and Christopher PTAK both at home. Beloved brother of Donna (Ron) LONGO, Barb (Dave) COLEMAN. Loved and respected brother-in-law of Connie (Sam) BRUNO, Frank RONDINELLI, Mary (Luigi) LIBERATORE. Treasured uncle of Annette (Todd), Tara (Mario), Paul, David, Francesca, Carmela, Michael, Bradley and great uncle of Sydney and Alexis. Greatly missed by aunts, uncles, cousins and Friends. Special thanks and admiration to Doctor QUAN, Dr LUKE, the cancer centre and the caring and loving staff at University Hospital during this difficult time for their exceptional care. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Saint Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Emtombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, Saint Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Thursday afternoon at 2: 30 o'clock. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, London Regional Cancer Program at London Health Sciences Foundation or Saint Mary's Church Restoration Fund would be appreciated.

Went to be with the Lord, in her 94th year, on Saturday, December 31, 2005, at North York General Hospital. Beloved mother of Marion and her husband Albert STIRLING, and Keith and his wife Ann. Sister of Jean PTAKOVA. She was loved by her grandchildren Andrew and his wife RoyAnne, Ian and his wife Tracy, Diane and her husband Richard, Heather and her husband Craig, Glenn and his wife Heather, Joanne and her husband Matthew, and Karen. She was also much loved by her great-grandchildren Jessica, Holly, Ryan, Nathan, Jaden, and Abbigayl. Family and Friends will be received at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. East, Agincourt (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Tuesday, January 3 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 4 at 2 p.m. at Wishing Well Acres Baptist Church, 3143 Sheppard Ave. East, with visitation from 1: 30-2 p.m. Private family burial.

Of Sarnia passed away July 3, 2006, age 78. Ken was born and raised in Saint Thomas, relocating to Sarnia in 1953 and retiring from Dow Chemical in 1986. Beloved husband of Donna McKEOWN (HOWARD.) Loved father of Kathryn (Jim PTASZYNSKI), Sarnia; Brian (Lisa), Bon Accord, Alberta. Dear grandfather of Thomas and Kerri PTASZYNSKI and Chelsey and Christopher McKEOWN. Survived by his sisters Marion HARDY (Ernest), Kathleen WYMAN, brother Jack (Sam) McKEOWN (Maureen,) and brother-in-law Bev HOWARD (Helen.) Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Bella McKEOWN and his sister Jean LIVINGSTONE. A memorial service will be held at the D.J. Robb Funeral Chapel (102 North Victoria Street, Sarnia) on Friday, July 7th, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Cremation has taken place followed by interment at Lakeview Cemetery at a later time. Donations to The War Amps Ontario, Sarnia Lambton Victorian Order of Nurses Visiting Nurse Program, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated and can be made by cheque at D.J.
