LOHMANN, Katharina
Born in Hungary, October 5, 1916, passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Saturday, May 20, 2006, in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband John in 1989. Devoted mother of Katie and her husband Bruno ANDERSON, of London; John LOHMANN and his wife Betty, of Delhi. Proud Oma of Susan and her partner Enrique OROZCO, of London; Pat and her husband Ken Loncke, of Delhi; Debbie and her husband Brian HOPKINS, of Kitchener. Great Oma of Heidi and Andrea LONCKE and Johnny and Shannon HOPKINS. The family will receive Friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Forest Lawn Chapel on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 1 p.m. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.

WHITTALL, Gretchen Anne (née SCHLEGEL) (1922-2006)
Sadly, Gretchen died on December 16, although Alzheimer's had taken her away from us several years previously. Predeceased by Bill, her husband of 58 years, she will be missed by her daughters, Terry KISH (Joe), Barbara WHITTALL (Jack LOHNES), and Gretchen WHITTALL (Bob DUMONT.) She leaves behind seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held later January, 2007 in St. Catharines. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario would be appreciated. Rest peacefully, Mom - you are forever "In the round-tower of our hearts".

At Saint Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, October 15, 2006. Helen KROL of Saint Thomas in her 80th year. Dear mother of Donald KROL and wife Mary Margaret of Port Stanley, Stephen KROL of Saint Thomas, and Michael KROL and wife Kelly of Saint Thomas. Love by her grandchildren Jonathan, Donald, Stephen, Tazia, Arek, Charity, Sara, Kasey, and Jessica. Great-grandmother of Annelise, Jon, Lauren, Braidon, Avril and Zackery. Sister of Frieda BLASZCZAK and Martha OZOLINS of Saint Thomas, Hanna LOHR of Germany and predeceased by Andy KUSACK and Maria Verdermann. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Poland on May 24, 1927 daughter of the late Gotlibe and Maria (NEUKAMM) KUSACK. Helen was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church, Saint Thomas. She came to Saint Thomas in 1949 from Germany and retired from United Technologies in 1990. Friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday October 19, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Saint Thomas. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. David SHIN, officiating. Donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or Saint_Joseph's Hospital Foundation or Redeemer Lutheran Church would be appreciated. LIZOTTE, Sandra Jean " Sandy"
Of Saint Thomas on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 61st year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Joseph LIZOTTE (February 14, 2000) and loved mother of Kenny and Kevin LIZOTTE. Loved sister of Ronald JOSS of Vancouver, Elaine and her husband Bob POPE of Ottawa, Bobby LOHVINENKO of Calgary, Ken and his wife Frances JOSS of Vancouver and the late Joe JOSS and Shirley FIORINO. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Sandy was born in Manitoba on January 8, 1946. She worked at Imperial Tobacco a number of years. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held Monday at 11: 00 a.m. Cremation to follow with burial of ashes in Holy Angels' Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
