Suddenly at his residence on Thursday, April 7, 2005 in his 47th year. Kevin beloved husband of Robin (GARNESS.) Cherished father of Kelvin (Margaret), Michelle (Joseph) and twins Samantha and Candice. Dear brother of Debra (Jim VOCE) and son-in-law of Irene GARNESS. Friends may call at the Trull (East Toronto) Funeral Home, 1111 Danforth Ave. (1 block east of the Donlands Subway) Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-7: 30 p.m. at which time a complete service will take place. Private cremation.

BLANCHARD, Richard Kenneth " Ken"
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, Ontario on Sunday, August 14, 2005, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Florence STURGEON. Much loved father of Richard BLANCHARD, Ann and her husband Richard KERR. Adored poppa of Christine and Kathleen KERR. Loved brother of Winston BLANCHARD and his wife Ruth and predeceased by his sisters Maude TOMEY and Laura VOCE and his brothers James, Frederic, Louis and Harold BLANCHARD and his parents William and Catherine (PATTON) BLANCHARD. Dear brother-in-law of Dyce STURGEON, Bob and Doris STURGEON, Margaret and Grant BRITTON and the late Jean and Bob DOUBT. Ken will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Ken was a life long resident of Elmgrove in Essa Township, where he farmed for many years. Ken served as Township Councillor for ten years. Special thanks to Dr. Ian GRAY/GREY and Dr. Stanley WOO and to the staff of Stevenson Memorial Hospital Alliston. Resting at the W. John Thomas Funeral Home, 244 Victoria Street East, Alliston from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. Private family interment Alliston Union Cemetery, Alliston, Ontario. A reception for relatives and Friends will be held at the Red Pine Motor Inn, Alliston following the service. If so desired, memorial donations to Stevenson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Alliston or the Rheumatology Clinic at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto would be appreciated.
