CZUBA, Halina, Michal and Julia
At home, on June 27, 2005, Mrs. Halina CZUBA and her children Michal and Julia. Left to mourn their loss is beloved husband and father Jan CZUBA and loving daughter and sister Joanna. Survived by mother/grandmother, Marianna LOBODA, brother/uncle Miroslaw LOBODA and all of his family in Poland. They will be sadly missed by uncle Ignacy SZYMANSKI, cousin Teresa and Wes SZYMANSKI and their son Dominik, all Malewaj and LOBODA family in Poland, Regina RUCINSKA with her husband Hendryk and their children, grandparents Krystyna and Michal CZUBA, aunt Jadwiga and her husband Andrzej MAGDZIARZ with daughter Katarzyna, aunt Anna CZUBA, uncle Piotr CZUBA, uncle Tomasz CZUBA, great grandmother Agnieszka SZUBA and family of Eugeniusz, Kazimiera CZUBA and her son Jacek CZUBA with family from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Wladyslawa and Stanislaw MIERZWA and their family of Poland, Aniela DZIADURA and her late husband Mieczyslaw. Julia ZMUDZKA and her family of Poland. Kazimierz CZUBA from Poland. Zofia and Bogdan MIERZWA with family. Cecylia and Marek DAVID and family, the RAK family and KUZIORA family of Hamilton. Visitation in the Lloyd R. Needham Funeral Chapel, 520 Dundas Street (London) on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church (419 Hill Street) on Monday, July 4th, 2005 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the CZUBA family through Toronto Dominion Bank.

SZUBA, Wladyslaw
On the morning of May 24th, 2005 passed on from this beautiful world to join his belated and beloved wife Cecylia who had peacefully passed on May 25th, 1998. Beloved father of Alexander, Kristine and her husband Tom. Wladyslaw was cherished by his dearest sister Josephine and brother Joseph along with all the dear relatives in Poland. Lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews in Canada, including Diana, Georges, Tom, Kandyd, Ursula, Eddy, Mark and Marisha. Wladyslaw was born in Krakow, Poland on May 25, 1921 and survived 5 years of the prison labour camps of World War Two. Arriving in Canada in 1949 was a blessing he cherished every day of his life. Our sincere gratitude to the dedicated and compassionate doctors and nurses of the Cardiac Intensive Care Units at Sunnybrook & Women's College Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. E. CRYSTAL, Dr. A. DICK, Dr. I. LASHEVSKY, Dr. J. DUBBIN and Dr. SPEARS. The family will receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, May 26th. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday morning at 11 o'clock at St. Bonaventure's Church (Father BONIFACE officiating), 1300 Leslie Street. Interment York Cemetery. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 22, 2005, in her 93rd year, at Victoria Manor Nursing Home in Lindsay, Ontario. Predeceased by her husband Joseph and her first child. Beloved mother of Helen (Sergio TUCCI) of Cambridge, Joseph (Yvonne) of Cameron, Ontario. Loved by her grandchildren Gina (Bill), Antonette (Jeff), Lesley (Doug) and Craig. Will be missed by her great-grandchildren Tasha, Felicia, Joshua, Alicia, Malina, Eric and Troy. Peacefully at Delhi Long Term Care on Thursday, October 6, 2005, Nicholas Stephen SZUCSKO, formerly of Tillsonburg, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Pearl SZUCSKO. Loving father of Stephen SZUCSKO of Tillsonburg and Irene PENCZ and her husband Frank of Turkey Point. Cherished grandfather of Carley LERCH of Tillsonburg, Wendy LATULIPPE and her husband Michael of Tillsonburg, Lorrie CORBETH and her husband Nevil of Oakville, Michael PENCZ and his wife Charlene of Belmont and five great-grand_sons. Also survived by several nephews. Predeceased by two brothers Bill and Vendel (Vern) SZUCSKO. Mr. SZUCSKO was a member of Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus #3212 Tillsonburg and the Hungarian Hall in Delhi. Friends will be received at Ostrander's Funeral Home, Tillsonburg (842-5221) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Tillsonburg on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 11 a.m. with Father Matthew GEORGE officiating. LAZARCHUK, Dr. Myron (1922-2005)
Dr. Myron LAZARCHUK of Kamloops, British Columbia passed away, surrounded by his devoted family, on August 16, 2005 at 82 years of age. He is survived by his loving wife, Olga, son Oleh LAZARCHUK of Logan Lake and daughter Marta WILDEMANN of Kamloops. Also left with treasured memories are relatives Mary BODNAR of Edmonton, Alberta, Zonya HADYM of Vancouver, British Columbia, good friend Walter HARDER of Kamloops, cousin Roman LAZARCHUK of Warren, Michigan, and niece Hala ZUBALA of Drohobuch, Ukraine. Predeceased by parents his Maria and Matthew, brother Orest, sisters Stephanie and Julia, in-laws Stan and Olga HADYM and niece Anna SZUMYLO. Born November 1, 1922 in Mariampol, Ukraine, Myron studied Medicine in Lwin, Ukraine and Vienna, Austria. After graduating from medicine in 1947 he came by boat to Canada, landing in Halifax. Nova Scotia. Myron travelled by train to Edmonton, Alberta where he worked for a short while before transferring to Prince Rupert. He then interned at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver in 1950 for a year then moved back to Prince Rupert and Hazelton. Myron moved to Kamloops in 1955 where he continued to practise surgery until 2001 and was Chief of Surgery at Royal Inland Hospital for 15 years from 1972 to 1986. He loved raising fancy pigeons and fishing at Peter Hope Lake. A very special man Prayers will be recited at 7: 00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 109 Tranquille Road. The Funeral Service will take place at 10: 00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at the Church with Father Michael BOHUN officiating. Following the service, Dr. Myron will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery. The family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Murray Edward of Elgin Manor, Saint Thomas, formerly of Dutton on Sunday, March 6, 2005, at his late residence, in his 81st year. Loved husband of the late Evelyn Mae (STEVENS) NICHOLS (2003.) Dearly loved father of Joyce SZUSZ (Glenn) of Rodney, Lois NICHOLS of Riverview, New Brunswick, June GAGNIER (Ken) of Saint Thomas and Gilbert NICHOLS (Julie,) London. Dear brother of Dorothy FLEXEN and Roy NICHOLS (Joan,) all of Sarnia. Predeceased by 3 brothers Wilfred, Lloyd and Kenneth. Loved grandfather of Blair, Aaron, Denise, Michelle, Louise, Daniel, and Kevin and Steven and great grandfather of Alexandria SZUSZ, Tyler WHITE/WHYTE, Jesse D. SZUSZ, Austin and Dayton SZUSZ and Thomas Andrew MURLEY. Murray was born in Southwold Township on June 5, 1924, the son of the late Ernest and Inez (WILLIAMS) NICHOLS. He worked for the C. and O. Railroad and S.T.A.R.T. Centre as an R.N.A. He was a member of Cameron Masonic Lodge, Dutton, served overseas in Europe during World War 2 from 1943-1946 and was a member of Branch 41 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1: 00 p.m. Cremation to follow, with the ashes to be interred in McArthur Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the Elgin Manor.
