GOULOS, Magdalini
Passed away peacefully at her home, on Sunday, December 4, 2005, in her 84th year, after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband Evangelos; her three children Agapi, Bill, Dimitri; her son-in-law Peter AVRAAM; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all of her family and Friends. The family will receive Friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. East, Agincourt (east of Kennedy Rd.) on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 3840 Finch Ave. E., Scarborough (west of Kennedy Rd.) on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.

DEAKIN, Samuel J. " Jack"
(Retired manager of Douglas Aircraft and AVRO Aircraft)
On Saturday, December 10, 2005 at the Post Inn Village, Oakville, Jack in his 93rd year. Beloved husband for 64 years of the late Dorothy. Dear father of Joy and her husband Terry, Brian and his wife Glenda, Jim and his wife Colette and Tim and his wife Libby. Loving grandfather of Sean, Tara, Julia, Danny, Cathy and Brad. Brother of Ron and predeceased by sisters, Irene and Gwen and brother Eric. Jack was a proud contributor to the Avro Arrow. He also enjoyed a thirty year career as a professional musician, playing in many of the top dance halls including the Palais Royale, Palace Pier, Old Mill and Clevelands House. Jack was a coach and volunteer in the Metro Toronto Hockey League for many years. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (905-844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. A funeral service will be held at 2: 00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2005 at Walton Memorial United Church, 2489 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. Cremation to follow.
