KONING, Martha
In memory of Martha, a dear wife, mother and Oma, who passed away six years ago, December 27, 1999. "In tears we watched you sinking, We watched you fade away, Our hearts were almost broken, You fought so hard to stay. But when we saw you sleeping, So peacefully from pain, We could not wish you back, To suffer that again. God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be, So He closed His arms around you And whispered "Come to Me" You did not deserve what you went through And so He gave you rest God's garden must be beautiful For He only takes the best. It broke our hearts to lose you But you did not go alone For part of us went with you To God's garden, your new home." Always loved and remembered by Jack KONING and family.
