Doris Margaret WEBB
In loving memory of Doris Margaret WEBB March 25, 1907 - February 21, 2004.
Doris, a resident of the Manitoulin Lodge, Gore Bay, died at the Manitoulin Health Centre, Mindemoya on Saturday, February 21, 2004 at the age of 96 years.
She was the daughter of the late John and Arabella McMILLAN.
Doris had worked at odd jobs around the Spring Bay area in earlier years, then in the '60s moved to Toronto where she worked at Sears. She lived there for over 30 years,
returning to Manitoulin about six years ago. She had a number of interests which included knitting, crocheting, playing cards and she loved flowers.
Doris was predeceased by her husband W.A. McCOLEMAN in 1968. She later married Robert WEBB, who predeceased in 1993. Loved mother of Laura SCOTT, husband Dan predeceased, of Ajax, Betty GREENMAN,
husband Don of Riverdrive Park, and Lillian GREENMAN, husband Lance of Barrie Island. Predeceased by son Willis McCOLEMAN in 2000.
Proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Dear sister of Erma McALLISTER of Spring Bay and sister-in-law Ilene McMILLAN of Gore Bay. Predeceased by brothers Tom McMILLAN, Harold McMILLAN and sister Christena JOHNSTON. Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home on Sunday, February 22, 2004 from 1 - 2 p.m.
The funeral service was conducted in the William G. Turner Chapel at 2: 00 p.m. with Pastor Maxine McVEY officiating. Spring interment in Grimesthorpe Cemetery.

Bessie Mildred LOCKYER
The family announces with sorrow the passing of Bessie Mildred LOCKYER (née JAGGARD,) a resident of Manitowaning, on Friday, August 6, 2004 at the Manitoulin Hhealth Centre at the age of 76 years.
Daughter of the late Guy and Evalena JAGGARD. Predeceased by beloved husband James Osborn LOCKYER (September 28, 1989.) Loving mother of Karen (husband Bernard, predeceased 1994) MAGUIRE of Espanola,
Brian (wife Calann) LOCKYER of Manitowaning. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Kari MAGUIRE (Todd) of Whitefish Falls, Michael and Christopher MAGUIRE of Espanola, Tom LOCKYER (wife Courtney) of Guelph,
Tammy and Tanya LOCKYER of Hamilton. Special great grandma of Joshua LOCKYER- SKIPPEN. Very dear sister to Harry JAGGARD (wife Gladys, predeceased) of Manitowaning, Florence LENSON (husband Walter, predeceased)
of London, Madeleine CHARLTON (husband John, predeceased) of Little Current. Predeceased by sisters Violet (husbands Fred HUBBERT and Bob McALLISTER all predeceased), Lillian (predeceased) and husband Charles VINEY,
Beulah and Iris JAGGARD. Lovingly remembered by many neices, nephews and Friends. Bessie enjoyed gardening, bird watching and wildlife. She was a member of the Knox United Church and Horticultural Society. Visitation was held from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Sunday and the Funeral Services was at 2pm, Monday August
9, 2004 at Knox United Church, Manitowaning, Reverend Larry SAYERS officiating. Burial at Hilly Grove Cemetery.

James Lawrence McALLISTER
In loving memory of James Lawrence McALLISTER, February 21, 1949 - December 16, 2004.
Jim McALLISTER, a resident of Mindemoya, died at the Mindemoya Hospital on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at the age of 55 years.
He was born at Thessalon, son of the late Orval (predeceased October 25, 1994) and Evelyn
(predeceased March 5, 1995) (HOPPER) McALLISTER. Jim was employed at Domtar for 32 years. He was a great supporter of the Lake Kagawong Bass Derby and Orval’s Hunt Camp. He enjoyed music and movies, but mostly loved the outdoors. Jim loved to hunt and fish, boating and nothing was better than going for drives. He had covered an incredible amount of territory in his truck. Jim was loved dearly by his family and will be sadly missed but many memories will be cherished. Dearly loved and loving brother of Mary and husband John WHITE/WHYTE of Providence Bay, Eleanor, husband Lawrence McMURRAY of Mindemoya, Bill and his wife Jackie of London, Martin of Mindemoya, Gord and his wife Helga of Mindemoya and Reg and his wife Gloria of Spring Bay. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friends called at Saint Francis of Assisi Anglican Church after 7 pm on Sunday. The funeral service was conducted at the church on Monday, December 20, 2004 at 11 am. Cremation to follow. Arrangements in care of Culgin Funeral Home.
