Bessie Mildred LOCKYER
The family announces with sorrow the passing of Bessie Mildred LOCKYER (née JAGGARD,) a resident of Manitowaning, on Friday, August 6, 2004 at the Manitoulin Hhealth Centre at the age of 76 years.
Daughter of the late Guy and Evalena JAGGARD. Predeceased by beloved husband James Osborn LOCKYER (September 28, 1989.) Loving mother of Karen (husband Bernard, predeceased 1994) MAGUIRE of Espanola,
Brian (wife Calann) LOCKYER of Manitowaning. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Kari MAGUIRE (Todd) of Whitefish Falls, Michael and Christopher MAGUIRE of Espanola, Tom LOCKYER (wife Courtney) of Guelph,
Tammy and Tanya LOCKYER of Hamilton. Special great grandma of Joshua LOCKYER- SKIPPEN. Very dear sister to Harry JAGGARD (wife Gladys, predeceased) of Manitowaning, Florence LENSON (husband Walter, predeceased)
of London, Madeleine CHARLTON (husband John, predeceased) of Little Current. Predeceased by sisters Violet (husbands Fred HUBBERT and Bob McALLISTER all predeceased), Lillian (predeceased) and husband Charles VINEY,
Beulah and Iris JAGGARD. Lovingly remembered by many neices, nephews and Friends. Bessie enjoyed gardening, bird watching and wildlife. She was a member of the Knox United Church and Horticultural Society. Visitation was held from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Sunday and the Funeral Services was at 2pm, Monday August
9, 2004 at Knox United Church, Manitowaning, Reverend Larry SAYERS officiating. Burial at Hilly Grove Cemetery.

Austin STEVENS of Espanola passed away at the Espanola Nursing Home on Friday, November 26th, 2004 in his 97th year.
Beloved husband of Ella (née COLLINS) STEVENS of Espanola. Dear son of the late William and Bertha (née BASSINGTHWAITE) STEVENS. Loving father of Bill (wife Myrtle) of Garson, Jean (Mrs.
Raymond McLEAN) of Sudbury, Joyce (Mrs. Charles TOBIN) of Xenia, Ohio and the late James STEVENS
(predeceased 1990) (wife Beverley) of Little Current and Max (predeceased 1998) wife Sue of Garson. Will be sadly missed by 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-granddaughters. Very dear brother of Stan of Richard’s Landing, Vera (Mrs. Bruce SMITH) of Hanover and the late Archie, Henry, Leonard, Harold, and Fred STEVENS, Edna BATMAN, Rena SKIPPEN and Eunice LANKTREE. A Memorial Service will be held at the United Church of Espanola on Friday, December 3rd at 1: 0.0 p.m. with the Reverend Faye STEVENS officiating. Interment of ashes in the Garson Cemetery. Arrangements by Bourcier Funeral Home Espanola.
