Beloved wife of the late Vincent and loving mother of Provy Marie (Joe) BATTAGLIA, Vincent (Patricia) and Mary BADALI. Loved grandmother of Leanne, Mary Theresa and Jennifer (Rocky); Rosanne (Jim), Lisa and Vince; Steven, Danielle and Karen and great-grandmother of Sabrina and Matthew. Sister-in-law of Josephine and her late husband John BADALI, John and his late wife Mary LIOTTA and Mamie and her late husband Frank LIOTTA. Predeceased by her sister Rose and her husband Sam BADALI and brothers Sam and his wife Mary BADALI, Angelo and his wife Antonine BADALI. Friends may call on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). BADAME, Elizabeth (Betty) -- Peacefully on Monday, November 18, 2002 at Trillium Health Centre, Mississanga. Betty, beloved wife of Frank. Loved mother of Frances, Julia BUTLER, Susan (Frank) FANELLI and Mary (Gary) DAVIS. Dear Ma of Christopher, James, Benjamin, Harrison and Alec. Dear sister of Richard, Ivy, Joan and the late Leslie. A private family service has been held. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation. The Badame family wish to extend special thanks to the Intensive Care Unit staff of Trillium Health Centre for their care and compassion. In loving memory of Norah (PROCTOR) LANKIN, July 9, 1910-July 3, 2002.
Norah (PROCTOR) LANKIN, a resident of Manitoulin Lodge, Gore Bay, died at the Lodge on Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at the age of 91. She was born in Toronto, daughter of the late James and Catherine STEELE.
Norah was employed as a salesperson at Simpson's store for 23 years before moving to Gore Bay in 1985. She was a member of the All Saint's Anglican Church, Gore Bay. Norah was a volunteer at Manitoulin Lodge for many years and helped at many church functions as well. She also enjoyed knitting, playing euchre and did make many crafts for Teas and Bazaars and sewing clothes for her family.
Dear and loving wife of the late Mervin LANKIN (predeceased 1981) and the late Ev PROCTOR (predeceased 1995.) Dear mother of Lois BADENHORST and husband Vic of Ice Lake and Judith Hicken and husband Alan of Millgrove. Proud grandmother of Lisa, Wade, Catherine and Anna. Dear sister of Edna WILSON of Barrie and Aileen MUNSHAW of Toronto and predeceased by three sisters Kathleen, Mary, Marjorie and two brothers Samuel and James STEELE.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home on Thursday, July 4, 2002. The funeral service was conducted from the Wm. G. Turner Chapel of the Culgin Funeral Home on Friday, July 5, 2002 at 2: 00 p.m. with Mr. Erwin THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON officiating. Interment of cremated remains to follow at a later date.

HALL, Victor -- After a valiant fight with lung cancer at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday, December 24th, 2002, Victor HALL age 75 years. Beloved husband of Joyce Fahey McDONALD and the late Anita BROWN, who was the mother of his cherished daughter Lynda, wife of Dave BROWNING of St. George, Ontario. Devoted grandfather to Todd BADOUR (Tammy) of Smithville, Ontario and Scott BADOUR of St. George. Brother of Doug (Reny) of Sardis, British Columbia and the late Audrey KETTERER and Len. Uncle of Michael, Robert, Peter HALL and Carolyn McARTHUR. He will also be deeply mourned by Joyce's family, especially her children John (Georgette), Jaye Ann, Jason (Anne). Special Grandpa Vic to Tristan, Brendan and Jessica. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful care he received from the staff of the Medical floor at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville and the Oncology staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Special thanks to Dr. Susan FINLAY, as well as Nurse Lyn SMALL and Christina for their excellent care and support. Following Vic's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa at 3 p.m. on Monday, December 30th, 2002. In his memory, donations to Lakeridge Health Bowmanville are appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to The Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. N., Bowmanville (905) 623-5668.
