McKENZIE, Anne (formerly MacLEAN)
Peacefully at the Southampton Care Centre on Sunday, July 15th, 2007, at the age of 96 years, Anne McKENZIE. Wife of the late Allan McKENZIE, and the late Jack “Scotty” MacLEAN. Mother of Brian MacLEAN of Dundas, and Stuart MacLEAN and his wife Joanne of Southampton. Grandma to Ian and his wife Michelle, Kevin and his fiancée Christy, Colleen and her husband Don KAUS, Heather and her husband Christian VEILLETTE, Brock and Susan. Great-grandma to Jared and Keaton. She is predeceased by her daughter-in-law Jennifer MacLEAN, and by her sister Eve SHOWERS. She will be deeply missed by the McKenzie, Ribey and McGillivray families. Friends may call at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin (Town of Saugeen Shores), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday July 18th. Funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday morning at 11: 00 a.m. with the Rev. Gordon WILLIAMS officiating. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery. VEITCH, Marion Shaw (née MacPHERSON)
An amazing golfer, poet, walker and lady, Marnie passed away peacefully on Monday November 26, 2007 at Sunrise of Richmond Hill in her 91st year with her family at her side. Wife of the late Doctor Ernest Bruce VEITCH, Marnie was a loving mother of her son, Ian Bruce VEITCH and his wife Lisa, and encouraging grandmother to Carolyne and Stefanie VEITCH. Predeceased by her wonderful four sisters, Peggy, Doris, Lorrie and Bunny, she was adored by her many nieces, nephews, family and Friends. Following a private family service, a public celebration of her life will be held at the Ladies Golf Club of Toronto at 11: 00 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2007. Donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada. Her poems and grace will be with us always.

Formerly of Mississauga passed away peacefully at the Southampton Care Centre of Wednesday, October 17, 2007 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Ralph Wesley McFARLAND for 65 years. Dear mother of James McFARLAND and his wife Janie of Port Elgin. Loving Grandmother of Patricia Ann OBERHOLZER of London, Janie Lynn and her husband Brent RICHARDSON of Burgoyne and Jennifer Marie McFARLAND and her fiancé Luke PARADIS of Kincardine. Loved Great-grandmother of Fawn OBERHOLZER and Mikki OBERHOLZER. Sister-in-law of Irene FRENCH of Palmerston. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters Edith VEITEL and Emily MITCHELL, two brothers Bert FRENCH and Beverly FRENCH, sister-in-law Anna FRENCH and brother-in-law Lloyd VEITEL. The family will receive Friends on Sunday, October 21, 2007 from 2-4 p.m. at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston where Rev. Janet SINCLAIR will conduct the Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, October 22, 2007 at 2: 00 p.m. Interment Palmerston Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
