HUNTER, George Wilbert
At London Health Science Centre, Victoria Hospital, on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 George Wilbert HUNTER of Belmont in his 52nd year. Beloved husband of Dian. Loving father of Roy HUNTER, Patty PULITANO (Frank) all of London and Michelle, Shannon and Kyle all at home. Much loved by his grand_sons Joseph and Jesse PULITANO. Fondly remembered by his brothers Jim, Tom (Susan), Robert (Linda), Brian (Barb), Paul (Barb) and sisters Betty JONES (Barry), Janet PAYNE (Frank,) Shirley HATCH (Paul.) Also survived by his mother-in-law Ida MILLS, and sister-in-law Lois COPELAND (Rick) and brother-in-law Joe MILLS (Judy.) Predeceased by his parents Mabel and Maurice HUNTER. George will be greatly missed by several nieces and nephews and their families. Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, Dorchester on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Dorchester United Church, 4100 Catherine Street, Dorchester on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 11: 00 a.m. Interment at Dorchester Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to the London Regional Cancer Program gratefully acknowledged.

Suddenly at his residence in Shelburne on Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Dennis FERGUSON in his 54th year, beloved son of Wm. C. FERGUSON (Margaret.) Dear brother of Lois (Doug) PULLEN, Gladys (Mike) JOYCE, Judy (Mike) KNUTSON and brother-in-law of Gord SMITH. Will be sadly missed by four nieces Jenna, Kayla, Jessica and Allison, six nephews Derek, Ryan, Kyle, Jeremy, Cory and Cameron and a great-niece Gracie. Predeceased by his mother Doris (Miller) FERGUSON and a sister Linda SMITH. A private family burial service was held on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Badjeros Cemetery.

BROUGH, Mary Ellen (née PULLEN)
Passed away peacefully at age 87 in her residence. Predeceased by her parents Muriel and Ernest and brother Peter (Enid) of Oakville. Caring wife for 60 years of the late James NORRIS, mother of Don (Susan) of Chatsworth, Laurie and grandmother to Christy of Calgary and Todd of New Haven, Connecticut. Raised in the foothills of Alberta, with strong family ties to Oakville she was a resident of Ottawa for over 50 years. Mary is fondly remembered as a determined, loyal and artistic contributor to family, Friends and her community. She dedicated many years to the creation of The Canadian Ski Museum. For the past 3½ years, Mary received loving care and companionship from the staff and residents of Mapleview Nursing Home. The family is sincerely grateful. Mary's life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 1: 30 p.m. Wednesday, August 29 in Saint Thomas Anglican Church, Owen Sound. Interment at a later date in Ottawa. If desired, donations to be directed to the charity of one's choice.

STYLES, Margaret Grace (née KINCH)
Approaching her 90th year passed away on December 10, 2007. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank (2001) and survived by sister Betty PULLEN. Cherished by her children Norla, Neal, and Leanne. Fondly remembered by the Larson family; Michele (McPherson); David Neal and families. Nana to Kira (Andrew NOLAN,) Daniel, Michael, Craig, Tristan, Teague, and Lachlan. Great Nana to Lillian, Rachel, and Finnigan. Margaret was born in Kingston; residing in London, Ontario after her marriage to Frank. "Home" to her was Toronto. Always of sound mind, Margaret, eldest of five, shared wonderful memories from her childhood cottaging at Bruce Beach and close relationship with parents Alfred and Grace KINCH. She was a proud nursing grad of Toronto Western Hospital (1942). Marg enjoyed a long and happy marriage while devoted to family and extended family. She was grand and gracious; kind and empathic. Blessed with a strong faith and close bonds through Kingsway-Lambton Church to many close neighbours in the Kingsway and High Park areas. Admired by many Friends. In recent years Marg enjoyed continued independence, doting on her pet cat Molly. Thank you to West Toronto Support Services (Olga) and recent Oakville caregivers. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere Ave., east of Jane subway, from 4-8 p.m. on Friday. SEARLE, Alma Emily
Passed away at Saint Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at the age of 101. Alma SEARLE, Born in Ripley Ontario, she moved to Saint Thomas with her family as a young girl. She became an elementary school teacher spending most of her 45 years of teaching in Saint Thomas. She touched many lives with her kindness, positive attitude, encouragement, patience, sense of humor and was dearly loved by her family and many others. She joined First United Church in Saint Thomas and was a lifetime member and sang in the choir most of her adult life. Many prizes were won by her 3rd grade student choirs. Other activities included tennis and skating as a young woman and later participation in Little Theater, Retired Teachers of Ontario and RHO Chapter of Delta Gamma Society of London. She was preceded in death by her parents William Gordon SEARLE and Jane Atkey SEARLE, sisters Elda VOSATLKA, (Frank,) Erma MacDONALD, (Alan,) brother Lloyd SEARLE, (Dallas MacKENZIE) and 2nd wife Doreen REEB. Loving aunt to Lynelda LYNES, (William,) Evelyn PULLING, (William,) Nancy IRWIN, (Douglas), Isabel MILLEY, (Paul) and Alan MacDONALD, also great-aunt to Julie DOHANOS and Scott HOPKINS, (Colleen,) Noah, and Alan HOPKINS, (Michelle.) Special cousins Mrs. R.W. CLINTON and family, Norma KENNEDY and many special Friends.
