In loving memory of Kathleen (McColeman) Conley, March 1, 1914 - February
18, 2006. The family sadly announces the death of Kathleen Conley,
peacefully at Extendicare York, Sudbury on Saturday, February 18, 2006 two
weeks before her 92nd birthday. She was born in Spring Bay, Manitoulin
Island daughter of the late Neil and Hattie (Bryan) McColeman, and lived
there most of her life. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Conley, predeceased
in 1996. Loving and dearly loved mother of Pat James, husband John of
Whitefish and Neil Conley, wife Marlene of Leduc, Alberta. Loving Nana of
Kent James of Etobicoke, Laurie James, husband Ed Mathewson of Brampton,
Jamie Conley, wife Debbie of Athabasca, Alberta, and Sherry Buckley, husband
Bill of Fort McMurray, Alberta. Loving great grandmother of Steven, Jenna
and Cory Buckley, Nicholas James, Evelyn and Emily Conley and Kate and Aidan
Mathewson. Beloved sister of Doran McColeman, wife Elva of Espanola, and
Joan Baker, husband John of Midland, Michigan. Predeceased by siblings Helen
Ricalton, husband Bill, Edith Stringer, husband Laurie, Ross, wife Ann, and
Norine Middaugh, husband Ken. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews
and many true and faithful Friends. Friends may call at the Culgin Funeral
Home, Gore Bay on Wednesday February 22, from 10 to 11.30 a.m. The funeral
service will be conducted in the Wm. G. Turner Chapel at 11.30. Spring

World War Two veteran and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #39,
Espanola and the War Pensioners. Beloved husband of Elva (née Spry) of
Espanola. Dear son of the late Neil and Harriet (Bryan) McColeman. Loving
father of Ken (wife Carol) of Espanola, Dennis of Ottawa and Evelyn (Mrs.
JeanPaul Lamothe) of Espanola. Will be sadly missed by 5 grandchildren, Todd

Elva Annie Beatrice (née SPRY) McCOLEMAN after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers passed away
at the Espanola Nursing Home on Tuesday, June 6th, 2006 in her 80th year.
Loving wife of the late Doran McColeman. Dear
daughter of the late George and Ethel (née Moore) Spry. Affectionately
remembered by her children, Ken and Carol McColeman of Espanola, Dennis of
Ottawa and Jean Paul and Evelyn Lamothe of Espanola. Adored by her
grandchildren, Tammy McColeman, Paul McColeman, Kari Richer, Chad and Sonja
Lamothe all of Espanola, Todd and Jennifer Lamothe of Selby, Ontario. Her
great-grandchildren Skylar and Ethan always brought a smile to her face.
Predeceased by her brothers, Donald (wife Alberta predeceased) and Roy Spry and
sister Clara Berry-Morrell. Survived by sisters, Velma Sheppard (husband
Goldwin predeceased) of Rockville, Rena Foster (husband George) of Kagawong,
& Lorna Gagne (friend Freeman Middaugh) of Mindemoya and sister in law Lillian

Frank HOMER completed his life's journey this week on December 27th in his 88th year. His families celebrate his meaningful life and successful life. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Norma Smith (MacKINNON,) and predeceased by his wife of 32 years Sarah Laughlin (McJANNET.) He is survived by his children Douglas Bruce (Candida), David William (Joanne), John Barclay (Cindy), Janet Louise McCOLEMAN (Sandy,) and Margaret Ruth (Ken.) He is also survived by his step-children Paula McNAMARA (Jim) and Russell MacKINNON (Anita.) His 14 grandchildren loved him dearly. The family welcome Friends to view selections of Frank's artwork with them at Mundell's Funeral Home on Friday December 29 from 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Mundell's on Saturday December 30 at 11: 00 a.m. and a reception will follow. Edith died as she lived with grace and dignity on January 31, 2006 at the Elgin Manor, Saint Thomas at the age of 82. She spent the majority of her time in Saint Thomas where she was a loving wife, mother and friend. Predeceased by husbands Bus MOORE (2003,) Alex McCOLL (1973) and Dick YOUNG (1945.) Daughter of the late Leon and Marguerite HOAG of Saint Thomas. Mother of Donald McCOLL (Ottawa,) Betsy McCOLL (Warren MILLS) Hamilton and Kathy McCOLL (Bob WHEATCROFT) Port Hope. Sister of Carolyn CRUICKSHANK (Gary, 2003,) Margaret SCHRAM (Clare, 2004.) Step grandmother of Krista (Mike,) Jen and Graham DOYLE. Edith loved music and was active in many church choirs often performing as a contralto soloist. Daughter of the late Rev. Frances Edward Howley JAMES (High Park United, Toronto) and his late wife Grace PEACOCK, Patricia is survived by her sister Kathleen (Ron MARRS) and brothers Trevor JAMES and Ken JAMES (Kathy,) and her sisters-in-law Barbara JAMES and Sarah HOAG. A graduate of the Wellesley School of Nursing ('53), Patricia will be remembered by her nursing fraternity as well as her great group of Friends and family for her staunch devotion to all those who had the good fortune to find themselves in her company. Died suddenly on Monday, June 26, 2006 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Campbell R. Osler. Cherished mother of Vicky (Paul BAXTER), Lawton (Martha), Richard (Susan) and Campbell (Joanne). Loved grandmother of Reed, Alex, Tella, Libby, Christopher, Barry, Scott, James, Brittony, Victoria, Campbell and Grace. Dear sister of Patricia McCOLL, loving aunt of Pam, Susan and Gordon and sister of the late Major William RIDOUT. The family will especially remember the exceptional care given to Mum by Eufemia RINGOR. Bets was an avid gardener and a member of the Garden Club of Toronto and she was a passionate volunteer with the Red Cross, Humewood House, the Canadian Hearing Society and a founding member of the Lady Elizabeth Bowes Lyon Chapter of the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 28th at 1: 30 p.m. in Grace Church-on-the-Hill, 300 Lonsdale Road. If desired, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Marion passed away peacefully, smiling to the last, in Kingston on December 30, 2005. The daughter of Emily and David McCOLL, she married Fred WILSON, father of Gary and Bruce, and then married Jack WARD, the love of her life. Loved and admired by many, she will be deeply missed, especially by Bruce, Martha, Emily, James, Jackie, Tom, Ryan, Trevor, Brandon, and Judi. Friends will be received between 7: 00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, and there will be a memorial gathering between 11: 00 a.m. and 1: 00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4. On Friday or Saturday, come to the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel at 2357 Bloor Street West, two blocks east of the Jane subway station. Passed peacefully at Markhaven on February 1, 2006. May is survived by her beloved children Ron LEPARD, Brian LEPARD, Deborah RYDER and granddaughters Allison LEPARD and Savannah RYDER. Loving wife of the late Thomas Roland EMES, remembered by Margaret HALLETT and Gwen Anne WALKER. May is survived by her sister Margaret HARRIMAN and predeceased by her siblings Jean HARRISON, George McCOLM, Gordon McCOLM and Gertrude McCOLM. May enjoyed life and shared her love for 84 years from her birthplace of New Richmond, Quebec to Parry Sound, Coldwater, Stouffville, Ontario and Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.
