At her home in Sauble Beach, Saturday evening September 1, 2001.
The former Marion McDERMID of Sauble Beach and Streetsville in her 74th year.
Beloved wife of Gordon HODGINS. Loving mother of Richard and wife Renate of Milton, Vern and wife Julie of Brampton, Greg and wife Anne of Tsawwassan, B.C., Lorie and husband Steve DAVIES of Oakville, Leslie and husband Michael ROSS of Georgetown, Scott and partner Marylinn LOPEZ of Toronto and Mark and wife Susan of Georgetown. Lovingly remembered by her eleven grandchildren: Adam, Yohonna, Gayla, Melody, June, Kylie, Seana, Ainsley, Lewis, Aiden and Sean and one great-granddaughter Zaphrin. Dear sister of Margaret and Viola. Friends may call at the Downs and son Funeral Home Hepworth Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Funeral Home Thursday at 2: 00 pm.

Annie Mae LOCKYER (née CAUGHILL)
The LOCKYER family announces with sadness the passing of their mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother Annie Mae LOCKYER (née CAUGHILL) surrounded with the love of all five of her children by her side at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor, Little Current on Sunday, October 7, 2001 in her 93rd year.
Wife of the late Cliff LOCKYER (November 22nd, 1967.) Loved mother of Audrey (Toots) McDERMID (MURRAY) of Providence Bay, and their children Sally DAWSON (Jim) of Toronto, Jamie (Jay) of Providence Bay, daughter Betty BEAUDIN (Humphrey) of Little Current and their children Susan BEAUDIN of Toronto, the late Dennis (Sharon) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, son Floyd (Lila) of Little Current, and their children Tammy George (Ron) of Mindemoya and David of Toronto, daughter Sally LACHAPELLE (Larry) of Little Current, son Dean (Darlina) and their son Andrew, all of Little Current. Our mother was a cancer survivor of 27 years and was affectionately known by her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren as "Maw." Survived by seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Funeral service was held Tuesday, October 9, 2001 at Island Funeral Home with Pastor Margaret WOOD officiating. Burial Mountainview Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Island Funeral Home, Little Current.

Laurier Donat LACHAPELLE " Larry"
In loving memory of Laurier Donat LACHAPELLE " Larry," peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2001 at Manitoulin Health Centre, age 65 years. Cherished husband of Sally (née LOCKYER.) Predeceased by parents Antonio and Laure LACHAPELLE. Loved by Aunt Yvonne LEVESQUE. Will be missed by family Audrey (Toots) and Murray McDERMID, Betty and Humphry BEAUDIN, Floyd (Porky) and Lila LOCKYER, Dean and Darlina LOCKYER. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held on Monday, December 3, 2001 at Grace Bible Church with Pastor John VanKesteren officiating. Burial: Mountainview Cemetery. Donations to the Grace Bible Church would be appreciated. Arrangements in care of Island Funeral Home, Little Current.

Reola Mae McMURRAY
In loving memory of Reola Mae McMURRAY, August 5 1944-December 1 2001.
Reola McMURRAY, a resident of Mindemoya, died at the Mindemoya Hospital on Saturday, December 1, 2001 at the age of 57 years. She was born at Manitowaning, daughter of the late Leonard and Marjorie {BRYANT} MOGGY. On September 15, 1962, she married Kenneth McMURRAY, who predeceased her November 4, 1976. Reola was a member of the Stamp Club, the Manitowaning Choir, and spent much time being a hockey and figure skating mom, as well as quilting and crocheting, reading books and interested in genealogy. Reola raised her young family on her own after the death of Kenneth, Her memory will be cherished by her children and grandchildren and other family members. Her presence in the community will be sadly missed.
Reola was predeceased by her husband Kenneth McMURRAY. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Sheila and Ed McDERMID of Providence Bay Connie and Eugene MIRON of Chelmsford,Kim KELLY and Larry PEARCE of Sault Ste. Marie Tammy and Robert GARDINER of Lively and Chris and Jennifer McMURRAY of Ottawa. Proud grandmother of 11, Shannon, Marissa, Michael, Crystal, Victoria, Alanna, Anthony, Logan, Tyler, Riley and Kyla. Dear sister of Henry, Leonard, Calvin, Dennis, Lyman, Marvin, Robbie, Donny, Jamie, Mabel, Blossom and Ruby. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and their families. Predeceased by son Kenneth Jr., Mina and brother Nelson. Friends called the Mindemoya United Church on Monday. The funeral
service was held Tuesday with Reverend Mary Jo Eckert Tracy
officiating. Interment in the Hilly Grove Cemetery, Manitowaning.
