- All Orders must be prepaid in full including shipping & handling, brokerage, insurance and taxes. OGS will only initiate production upon clearance of payment for Invoice.
- Payment is accepted by VISA, Master Card (in Canada only), Money Order or Cheque.
- Unless purchaser specifies a preference, shipment will be by the most appropriate pre-paid service for the destination and size of Order. Purchaser must advise OGS at the time of Order, if shipping is to be charged to the Purchaser's Account with either Purolator or UPS.
- Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your Order. OGS will notify by FAX or E-mail if production delays are encountered.
- Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the Reel Numbers being ordered are correct. OGS will produce and ship the Reel Numbers ordered. There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR CREDITS IF, ON RECEIPT, PURCHASER DISCOVERS THAT WRONG REEL NUMBER WAS ORDERED. The Purchaser's Reel Numbers on Order form are final.
- All sales are final. OGS does not certify nor accept responsibility for the accuracy or usefulness of any information contained in, or omitted from, the images on the microfilm reels for meeting the Purchaser's purposes.
- Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice up to confirmation of order acceptance by OGS.
- All information and images contained on the microfilm is Copyright the Crown in Right of Ontario.
