The branch is currently working on several projects and has
many opportunities for volunteers.
Census Indexes are underway.
You do not need to live in Stratford to help with this;
you do need access to a Perth County census record
on microfilm. These can be obtained by Inter-Library Loan;
check with your local library.
We are indexing head-of-household and their wives, as well as strays.
Each index, once it is finished, needs to be double-checked and then
typed up for publication by the branch.
Some Cemetery Transcriptions are being updated.
As well as people to visit the cemetery (more of a summer project),
this also requires typists.
