Peacefully at Noon Friday Aug 13 2010 age 97 at Saint Joseph at Fleming Nursing Home Peterborough ON.
Son of John GDANSKI 1889-1958 and wife Mary FRYCZ 1896-1918. Stepson of Appolonia "Pauline" MAICHER 1902-1972.

Born Candiac Sask May 2 1913. Family moved to Fillmore Sask 1926.

Predeceased Dec 28 2005 by son William Joseph "Billy" ALLAN (never married.)
Survived by wife Grace of Peterborough,
son John ALLAN (Lynda Ann Marie BARRETT of Sudbury,)
grandchildren Brian ALLAN (Lori BEDARD of Barrie, Karen) ALLAN (Mike BIGGAR of Toronto,) Joseph ALLAN (Natalie SASSEVILLE of Ottawa,) Gordon ALLAN of Ottawa,
great grandchildren Justin of Sudbury, Joshua of Barrie, James and Marissa of Smith's Falls.
Joe was always at his best when leading by quiet example and sharing his skills and experience to help and encourage others.
Fondly remembered by many machinists and toolmakers who apprenticed "under his wing".
Stephen Covey's principles fit Joe so well: "To live, to love, to learn, to leave a legacy".
Special thanks from the entire Allan family to Joe's friendly and supportive caregivers at Saint Joseph at Fleming Nursing Home Peterborough.
Cremation. No visitation. No flowers please. Internment in Allan family plot at Saint Peter's Roman Catholic Cemetery Peterborough at a later date.

late of Dysart, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at the age of 93 years.
She was predeceased by her husband HAMBLY Hector her parents
Caroline is survived by her two daughters: Donna (Sev) and Monica (Dale). Five grandchildren: Roxane (Earl), Melodie (Wayne), Darren (Lori), Allison (Sherry), Charles (Tanner). Twenty greatgrandchildren: Brendan, Brett, Tyson, Tenille, and Jasmine, Shaleen, Tia, Caitlin and Luke, Dana, Derek, Dallas and Dalton, Harley, Cody, Brady, Tayler and Madison, Riley and Cassie numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 17, 2010 at 10: 30 A.M., at Saint_John The Baptist RC Church, Dysart, SK. Celebrant Monsigneur Reymundo J. ASIS. A private family interment will take place at John The Baptist R.C. Cemetery, Dysart, SK.
