It is with great sadness that the family of Ric
WROBEL announces
that on April 2nd, 2008, Ric of Edmonton passed away suddenly
in the arms of his wife Cindy while travelling in Xian, China
with family and Friends. Ric is lovingly survived by his wife
Cindy and his daughters Jennifer and Allannah, his Edmonton family

WROBEL. In our hearts he will
always be cherished, and loved in our memory. Funeral services
will be held on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 12: 30 p.m. at Saint John
the Evangelist Church, located at 9820-148 Street, Edmonton.

the Kopernik Polish Heritage Society, #107, 4990 - 92 Avenue,
Edmonton, Alberta T6B 2V4; the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta,

Doug served as Captain of the Embro Fire
Department for over 30 years, was a lifetime member of the Masonic
Lodge - Thistle #250, was on the board of Stewards at Knox United
Church in Embro and sat on the Embro Cemetery Board. Doug was
owner/operator of his family run business; Zorra Highland Bus
lines for over 40 years and is presently the manager of Elgie
Bus Lines in London for the Embro and Woodstock area. Friends
will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire
Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday July 18, 20080 from 7-9 p.m.
and again on Saturday July 19, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The
funeral service will take place at Knox United Church in Embro
on Sunday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Judy
CAMPBELL officiating. Interment
in the North Embro Cemetery. Contributions to the Embro Firefighters
