At Victoria Hospital, London on Monday, April 14, 2008. F. Ronald McNUTT of London in his 84th year. Beloved husband of 58 years to Claire E. "Kay" (ANTHONY) McNUTT. Dear father of Judy PROUDFOOT and her husband David of London and Rhonda MOREAU and Kevin YARASKAVITCH of Kitchener. Predeceased by his brother Lloyd McNUTT. Also loved by his grandchildren, Mike (Erin), Jonathan (Jenn), Kellen (Crystal) and Allison. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. Complete funeral service will be held at Riverside United Church, 451 Dunedin Drive at Riverside Drive, London on Thursday, April 17th at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend Philip NEWMAN officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. Suddenly and unexpectedly passed away at her home on May 12, 2008, Joyce Ieleen RYAN (SCHENK) at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Jack for 54 years. Devoted mother of Darlene and Ted YARD, Paul and Monique RYAN, and Darrell and Nicky RYAN. Loving grandma of Jacob, Matthew, Danielle, Sean, Alex, Shannon and Kevin. Dear sister of the late Harold SCHENK. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and many Friends. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. The Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday morning May 15, 2008 at 11 o'clock. McDONALD, Mary Margaret (NATTRESS)
Of London, Ontario, passed away peacefully at the age of 78, surrounded by the love of her family on Thursday, June 19, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Bill McDONALD. Sister of the late Jean JOHNSTON. Loving mother of Scott McDONALD and wife Lorraine, Leigh YARDLEY and husband Chris, Craig McDONALD and wife Pam. Loved by her three grandchildren Hannah, Sean and Lucy YARDLEY. Will be missed by brother-in-law Bill JOHNSTON, nephew Randy JOHNSTON, nieces Diane GEE and Cathy BREEN. Mary loved her lifetime at the cottage at Barrow Bay surrounded by her cherished, lifelong Friends. Mary will be fondly remembered for her laugh, her love of playing bridge, knitting and caring and cooking for her family. She will be loved and missed by family, wonderful Friends and her faithful companion Mandy. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, June 22 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Monday, June 23 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. After a brief illness, at the Belleville General Hospital on Sunday, April 6, 2008 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Anne ACTON (nee: CORRIGAN.) Loving father of Brian (Sharon) of Jupiter, Florida, Peter (Leona) of Ottawa, Ian of Belleville and Jane of Belleville. Loved by his grandchildren Katie (Jeff), Brian, Alison (Jim), Jamie, Jeff, Mike (Christina) and his step-grandchildren Stacey, T.J. and Alex. Predeceased by his sister Mary YARDLEY.
Pete was active in his community including involvement with the Rotary and Probus Clubs, Plainfield Community Homes, Belleville Transit Commission and he was an avid golfer and curler. Everyone is welcome to attend a celebration of Pete's life at the Bay of Quinte Country Club, Old Highway #2, Belleville, on Saturday, April 12, 2008 between 4: 00-8:00 p.m. Cremation with interment at a later date in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Plainfield Community Homes would be appreciated by the family. In Johannesburg, South Africa on Sunday, July 6, 2008, Jennifer Anne BEVERLEY, 36, beloved wife of Curt YARDLEY of Johannesburg, and doting mother of son Alex, age 19 months. Caring stepmother of Jason and Rowan YARDLEY, of Brisbane, Australia. Dear daughter of Shirley BEVERLEY, of Barrie and Michael and Perry BEVERLEY of Brockville. Jennifer will be greatly missed by her sister Christa BEVERLEY and brother-in-law Michael PHILLIPS and the three Phillips children, Cierra, Parker and Keaton, all of Barrie, as well as her step-siblings David TAILOR/TAYLOR, of Toronto, Dorcas TAILOR/TAYLOR, of Montreal, and Hunter TAILOR/TAYLOR of New York City. She also leaves to mourn her paternal grandmother Audrey LETT, of Oakville, and uncles, aunts and cousins in the Lett and Bryan families. She will be sorely missed by mother and father-in-law, Eris and Lester YARDLEY and sister-in-law Astrid MAYO, all of Kent, England, as well as Curt's aunt and uncle Rona and Manfred SCHUTTE, of Johannesburg. Throughout her illness, Jennifer was loved and supported by her devoted Friends Louise Louw and Laura Kirk. A Memorial Service will be held in Johannesburg. Predeceased by her daughter Jacqueline VANKERKOERLE (1985) (husband Rennie) of London and her son David (2001) (wife Peggy) of Penetanguishene. Predeceased by 4 sisters Evelyn CRAGG of London, Rosemary YARKIE of Edmonton, Marion SHAYLER of Cornwall and Joan LEACH/LEECH/LEITCH of Toronto, 3 brothers Gerald GAGNON of Hamilton, Ronald GAGNON of Sarnia and Louis GAGNON of Toronto. Mrs. STEWARD/STEWART/STUART will be sadly missed by her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear mother of John KISSLINGER, London; Walter (Renata) WOLF, Munich, Germany; Robert KISSLINGER, Tillsonburg; Rose Marie KISSLINGER, Tillsonburg; Linda HANEY (Brian,) Tillsonburg.
