Surrounded by her family after complications from recent heart
surgery Roma passed peacefully away on Thursday, May 1, 2008.
Predeceased by her loving husband Douglas. She is survived by
her daughters Dale and husband Ken
PEERS,
Donna
MacKLEM, and
Lisa MacKLEM and her husband Dominick
GRACE, and grandchildren
Kimberlee, Eric, and Hayley. She will be sadly missed by her
surviving sisters Grace, Wanda, Glenn, Eileen and sisters-in-law
Barbara, Virginia and Anne, her many nieces and nephews, and
dear Friends. She will be remembered for her commitment to her
family, her generosity, her love of cooking and travels with
her husband Doug. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Butler
Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Kipling and Islington Aves.)
on Sunday from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the
Chapel on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations
to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
