Visitation on Tuesday, July 1st from 2-4 p.m. at Forest Lawn
Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street (at Wavell), London. Service
in the chapel on Wednesday, July 2nd at 11 a.m. Interment in
Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations appreciated
to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the London Health Sciences
Foundation. The family would like to extend special thanks to
the staff of London Health Sciences Centre for their care and
support.
