At the end of her long journey, on July 5, 2008, Betty peacefully

in Toronto, Ontario. Beloved wife of Lorne, her everlovin' husband

Lorne returned from the war, he and his cherished
Betty were married and raised their family in Toronto, Chatham
and Burlington. When the children were grown, Betty both worked
and volunteered at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. She approached
her endeavors enthusiastically whether it was her work, socializing
with Friends and family, bridge, cooking or tending her garden.

held at the Interfaith Chapel, Finnerty Gardens, University of
Victoria on Friday July 11, 2008 at 3: 30 p.m. with Rev. Ormand
