JONES, Jean D. (née WHITTLE)
Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Friday, February 22, 2008, Jean D. (WHITTLE) JONES of London in her 76th year. Beloved daughter of the late Jim (1985) and Carrie (2000) WHITTLE. Loving mother of Gary of Tampa Bay, Florida, Wendy and Bill of London and Richard and Trish of London. Proud grandmother of Cori, Katie, Nicole, Byron, Devon and Joycelyn. Dear sister of Gloria and Bob SONES of London and Linda and Allen PRODAN of Echo Bay, Ontario. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Friends may call at the McFarlane and Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Rd., S., Lambeth on Monday, February 25, 2008 from 11: 00-1:00 p.m. where the Celebration of Jean's Life will follow at 1: 00 p.m. with Reverend Darrell SHAULE officiating. WOODS, Marie (née JOHNSTON)
Age 82 of Dresden passed away Monday April 14, 2008 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance Sydenham Campus. Born in Watford daughter of the late Harvey and Rosena (ACTON) JOHNSTON. Predeceased by her husband Calvin WOODS in 1976. Surviving are one son Randy and Betty Ann WOODS of Peterborough, son-in-law John HARRIS of Dresden, four grandchildren Hope and Rob, Emily, Kate and Meghan, one great-grandchild Zachary. Also survived by one brother Ross and Katie JOHNSTON of Point Edward, one sister-in-law Mary JOHNSTON of Sarnia. Predeceased by daughter Sharon HARRIS, one sister Evelyn COLLINS, two brothers Keith and Clare JOHNSTON. Visitors will be received at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Dresden Wednesday April 16, 2008 7-9 p.m.. Funeral service will be held at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Thursday April 17, 2008 at 11: 00 a.m. with Rev. Andrew SONG Officiating. Cremation has taken place with burial of cremains in Wyoming Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.

In loving memory of Annie Irene BOUSQUET, January 11, 1911 – August 1, 2008, who passed away peacefully at her home in Little Current at the age of 97.
Beloved wife of the late Lawrence. Loving mother of Marion and husband Andrew BUTELLA of Brantford, Laurine and husband Harold LOOSEMORE of Killarney, James and wife Joanne of Little Current. Cherished grandma of Catherine BUTELLA and husband Don ROBINSON, Robert BUTELLA and wife Kim SONNET, Debra LOOSEMORE, Sheri LOOSEMORE, Lauri LOOSEMORE and husband Brian WALL, Cheryl BOUSQUET, Marsha BOUSQUET, Christopher BOUSQUET and friend Abbie DROLET.
Great grandma of nine. Only sister of James and Frank LEHMAN (both predeceased.)
Irene was a whole-hearted volunteer. She actively and continually supported her community. She was a life member of Ontario’s Hospital Auxiliary. For 25 years, she made and provided hot chocolate syrup for the arena. She was a member of the Little Current United Church and she sold Nevada tickets for the Manitoulin Health Center Auxiliary until she was 85 years old. Visitation was at Island Funeral Home Monday evening. Funeral Service 2: 30 pm Tuesday August 5, 2008 at the United Church in Little Current. Donations to Manitoulin Health Centre Auxiliary, the Killarney Health Centre Equipment Fund, or the United Church would be appreciated in Irene’s memory. Burial at Mountainview Cemetery.

NAUTA, Henry " Harry, Hidde"
Was called home to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Born in Surhuizum, Friesland, Holland, on May 18, 1928. He came to Canada with his parents Jakop and Wytscke "Louise" (HOUWINK) NAUTA in June 1947 Henry farmed most of his life in Raleigh Township until his passing. He will be greatly missed by his partner and best friend of 22 years, Gail CASHMAN. Also sadly missed by brothers and sisters Abe and Hilda NAUTA of Chatham, Ralph and Margaret NAUTA, sister-in-law Lisa, all of Merlin, sister-in-law Marie NAUTA, Ronnie and John TIMMERMANS of Chatham, Joan and Gus SONNEVELD, John and Hermina NAUTA all of Blenheim, Hilda and Pete BERGHUIS of Ingersoll, Clara and Hank WOUDENBERG of London, Catherine and Marius VERBEEK of Ridgetown, and Ruth and Hunter ODEN of Rochester Hills, Michigan. Predeceased by his parents, sister Diana, (1989) brother-in-law Jerry GRACIE, (2001,) brothers Jake NAUTA (1999) and Dick NAUTA (2001.) Henry will also be missed by his cousin Corrie BLOMMERS of Chatham and especially by all of his many nieces and nephews. Loving mother of Alison SONTAG and her husband Rick and stepmother to Lianne, Drew and John HUBBARD. Nana of Hayley and Calista SONTAG, Ceili and Madison HUBBARD, Christine and Rebecca DOYLE, Sydney and Sean HUBBARD. Sister of Don MacKAY and Kay MAIN. Aunt of John and Susan. Will be sadly missed by her extended family in Scotland and England.
