On March 3rd, 2008 at North York General Hospital in her 81st year. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth HAY- ROE. Will be sadly missed by son Tony HAY- ROE (Lynn,) daughter Penny HAY- ROE (Michael,) by grandchildren Andrew, Alex, Jennifer and Brian and by sister Sheelagh THACKRAY and brother Patrick MARTIN. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. (2 lights west of Yonge St.) on Saturday, March 8th 11: 00 a.m. Reception to follow the service. Delfina “Irma” MASER, of Hanover, passed away at Saugeen Villa Nursing Home on Wednesday, January 9, 2008. She was 69.
Irma is the daughter of the late Jose Maria and Emma Opheliia (née UGARTE) RODRIGUEZ. Irma was a member of the Hanover Legion Branch No. 130.
Survived by husband Peter MASER, daughters Mimi (Don) MOHR of California, Paula (Frank) McNALLY of California, Cynthia (Mike) ROEDER of California, special friend Monique and stepdaughter Melanie MASER (Dale BATEMAN) of Marmora, sons Jay (Karen) MORALES of California, Mike (Gina) MORALES of California and Tony (Mary Lou) MORALES of Pennsylvania, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also survived by sister Emma (Jimmy) POWERS of Phoenix, Arizona, brothers Chico (Doris) RODRIGUEZ and Chago (Sandy) RODRIGUEZ, both of California. Predeceased by her first husband, Frank MORALES.
Visitation was held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover on Saturday, January 12, 2008 from 10 a.m. until time of a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Rev. Alice WILSON officiated.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Kidney Foundation were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Of Toronto and Waterloo left us peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 in her 84th year. Norma will be terribly missed by her husband Alan (Toronto), daughters Patricia (Waterloo), Frances (Waterloo) and Elizabeth (Sudbury,) sons-in-law Peter ROESER and Michael MURRAY, and grandchildren Patrick, Richard and Jean. No immediate service is planned, but a commemoration of Norma's delightful, doughty and enduring spirit will take place in spring, when we'll lay her to rest on the Bruce Peninsula, one of her favourite places.

Of Saint Thomas, passed away on Wednesday, April 30th, 2008, at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of the late Neil John McFARLANE (2002) and dearly loved mother of Linda and her husband Michael ROESNER, Ann and her husband John MUNROE, John and his wife Lori McFARLANE and James McFARLANE, all of Saint Thomas. Dear sister-in-law of Wilma HATHAWAY of Chatham. Predeceased by 3 brothers Marvin, Morley and Russell HATHAWAY and by a sister Bernice BURNS. Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Joyce was born in Dutton on November 30, 1934, the daughter of the late George and Mabel (NEWSOME) HATHAWAY. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where public funeral service will be held Monday at 11: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Black Cemetery, Wallacetown.
