Jeanne will be lovingly remembered by her best friend Shirley
Kress-Hillary as well as her nieces and nephews. Jeanne was very
active in Real Estate for many years in Ottawa. All who knew
her said she was the kindest, sweetest person you could ever
meet. She will be missed dearly. Our sincere thanks to the staff
and volunteers at Gateway Haven. Friends may call at the Breckenridge-Ashcroft
Funeral Home on Wednesday March 5, 2008 from 12 noon until 1: 00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday

(April 1st 1931-June 15th 2008)
Roy will be dearly missed by his wife of 48 years Catherine and
his children Ann (Rob), Melissa and Tom (Sarah), and his grandchildren
Nicola and Jacob. He was predeceased by his sister Betty Irene
in 2007. Roy was born in Oshawa and earned his engineering degree
from the University of Toronto. In 1960, he and his new bride
moved out west, where he worked for the firms of Crowther MacKay,
Dominion Construction and
KD Engineering. The couple settled
in West Vancouver where they raised their family and restored
a heritage home. As a father, he coached for the West Van Minor
Hockey League and taught Sunday school at the local United Church.
He will be remembered by all for his fairness to others, his
athleticism, his strong work ethic, and his sense of fun. He
has left the bounds of this earth with our love wrapped tightly
around him. Donations can be made to Canadian Mental Health Association,
North Shore Branch.
