Institute in Toronto. Friends may visit at the Rosar-Morrison
Funeral Home and Chapel, 467 Sherbourne Street (south of Wellesley),
on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass celebrated on Wednesday
at 10 a.m. at Saint_John's Catholic Church, 794 Kingston Road.

and eight great-grandchildren. A very special thanks to Giosi
BERNABEI for her loving care through Mary's recent difficult
years. Mary was a respected teacher for 25 years at Bayview Secondary
School. She contributed her time and talents to church choir
and seniors' group. She received a special award for her work
as a community volunteer with numerous organizations including
the Library Board and the Richmond Hill Arts Council. She lived
a long and full life and will be missed greatly. Visitation at
Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill (4th
traffic light North of Major Mackenzie Drive), on Tuesday, June 10
from 7-9 p.m. and
on Wednesday, June 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Mary Immaculate Church,
10295 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, at 10: 30 a.m. on Thursday,
June 12, 2008, her 87th birthday. In lieu of flowers, donations
may be made to The David Suzuki Foundation. "And her night shall
be filled with music."

traveler, wine connoisseur and life-long fan of the Argos and

Aves.) on Sunday, July 20, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral

Doug▼ was always ready to hike,
bike, canoe, sail, wind surf, ski, photograph, paint or otherwise
engage in the natural world. He experienced profound joy by recreating
in it, encouraging others to share with him in the experience.
Among his fondest memories were the summers he spent at Young
Men's Christian Association Camp Pine Crest, in Muskoka, Ontario.
The experience instilled in him a lifelong passion for the environment,
and constant desire to join with others to speak as one voice
in support of it. He will be greatly missed by his many Friends
and fellow naturalists. If desired, donations may be made to
the Ecology Action Centre, 1568 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia
B3J 2B3. According to Doug's wishes a memorial service will be
held this summer in Ontario.

Manitowaning. Don was an uncle and great uncle of many. The funeral
service was held at 11 am Monday, June 30, 2008 at the Knox United Church
in Manitowaning, with burial at the Hilly Grove Cemetery.

109 Montreal Street, Mitchell on Sunday 2-4 p.m. The funeral service
will take place at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church in Brodhagen on
Monday at 11: 00 a.m. with Pastor Steve
