Suddenly at her residence in Meaford, on Saturday, April 26th, 2008. The former Marian HUTCHINSON/HUTCHISON, in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Stewart McKIBBON, loved mother of Joan and her husband Brian JENSEN and Janice and her husband Bruce MENARD all of Meaford and Linda and her husband Robert DOBIE of Angus. Sadly missed by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Sister of Shirley and Mary-Lou. Predeceased by two brothers Bill and Gord. Resting at The Gardiner-Wilson Funeral Home, Meaford, where a funeral service will be conducted by Rev, Judith OLIVER on Wednesday April 30th at 11: 00 a.m. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Meaford. Predeceased by her sister "Ningie" (Alice Mary) YOUNG and brother-in-law James Mason YOUNG. Beloved sister of Doctor William Sutcliffe MacKENZIE (the late S. Ann MacKENZIE.) Dearest aunt of Cynthia J. D'ONOFRIO (George) and Wendy A. MURRAY (John) and devoted great-aunt of Andrea N. D'ONOFRIO and David W. D'ONOFRIO. Cousin of Joyce MENARD (Skip) of Montreal. Lifetime career and very valued employee of Confederation Life in Toronto and Employers Mutual Insurance Company of Wassau in the U.S.A. GRAHAM, Florence Arleen (née WILLIAMS)
Family and Friends celebrate the life of Florence Arleen GRAHAM who passed away peacefully at Marian Villa in London in the morning of July 4, 2008. Arleen, the wife of the late Sydney Amos GRAHAM was in her 91st year. Predeceased by parents Arthur Lorne and Florence Edythe WILLIAMS of London as well as brother Harvey WILLIAMS of London and sister Florence WILLIAMS also of London. Beloved mother of Carlann Arleen DAUPHINEE and husband Victor of Calgary. She is lovingly survived by three grandchildren Heather, Megan and Jane DAUPHINEE, one great-grandchild; Jennifer Arleen DAUPHINEE- MENDELSON and many adoring nieces and nephews. Arleen was born in London on September 7, 1917, the daughter of a railway man who taught her to take pride in her appearance and to always be on time. Arleen lived in east London until she was married at which time the family moved into their Richmond Street address where she remained until December of this year. As a young woman she enjoyed her work with Zellers, London Life and Young Men's / Young Women's Christian Association. She was a long time devoted member of Robinson Memorial United Church where she was involved in the United Church Women, taught Sunday school and conducted many fundraising social events. Arleen's marriage to Sydney Amos GRAHAM was a love story for the ages. After waiting six long years for him to return from prison camp during World War 2, they were married in Ottawa immediately upon his return. Sweethearts for 66 years, they were married for 56 years. Visitation will be held in the Needham Funeral Chapel (520 Dundas St. London) on Monday from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th, 2008 at 11: 00 a.m. Private family interment. Memorial contributions to the Robinson Memorial United Church or the charity of your choice. We would also like to extend our thanks to the loving staff of 5th floor, Marian Villa for their care and support over the last few months.

Suddenly, with his family by his side, on Friday, June 13th, 2008, at University Hospital, Paul Anthony FURFARO passed away in his 35th year. Beloved husband of Julie LEWIS. Dear son of Anthony and Mary FURFARO. Deeply loved by sisters Valerie MENDONCA (Dan) and Angela DECANDIDO (Ugo.) Predeceased by grandparents Annunziato and Vincenza FURFARO and James and Cecilia HAGARTY. Paul will be missed by father-in-law Fred LEWIS (Lillus RIDDELL) and the late Anne LEWIS, brother-in-law Brian (Lori,) nephew Carson, and nieces Ava and Sadie. He will be fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as colleagues and students in the London District Catholic School Board. Paul's genuine kindness, sense of humour, and passion for family, Friends and sport will be forever remembered. A memorial scholarship will be established in his honour. The family wish to express their appreciation to the exceptional staff at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital, Intensive Care Unit, and, in particular, to Doctor Karen Bosma, Doctor Tom Jimenez, and nurses Nicole and Sue. Died peacefully in her sleep at home on January 27, 2008. Born February 18, 1924 in Castelfranco, Italy, she came to Canada in 1952 to start a new life with her husband, the late Venanzio MAINIERO and two children. She is survived by her loving daughter Anna Maria D'AGOSTINO, her devoted son Max MAINIERO and his compassionate wife Isabelle MAINIERO, and her beloved grandchildren, Danielle D'AGOSTINO and her husband Robert OLSON, John Carmelo D'AGOSTINO, Laura D'AGOSTINO, Sandra HUNT and her husband Shane HUNT, Ronnie MENEZES, Alexia MAINIERO and great-grand_son Aidan OLSON. Antonietta was a brave and independent woman who had a strong work ethic and a generous heart. As a seamstress she had a love for fashion and an eye for beauty. As a gardener, she had both patience and a green thumb. She was always early to bed and early to rise, loved a good bargain and was a great cook. She will be sadly missed. The family will receive Friends at Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves.) from 7-9 p.m. on Monday, January 28, and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 29. Cherished grandmother of Mary Lou HILLS, Ian PEER, Michele MENG, Dwight PEER, Leanne McALLISTER, Nancy LALANI, Keith PEER Jr., Shawn McLUHAN, Jeffrey McLUHAN, Paul McLUHAN, Heidi McARTHUR, Melissa DENOBLE and Nicole DENOBLE.
