BINGHAM,
Eunice (née

The family announces with sorrow the passing of Eunice
(CARR)
BINGHAM into the presence of her Lord and Saviour on February 28,
2008 at North Bay General Hospital. Eunice was born into a pioneer
family on a farm west of Earlton on March 10, 1919. She graduated
from the University of Toronto with a degree in French literature
and taught school in Englehart, Timmins, Rollet (P.Q.) and ultimately
Owen Sound at Westside High School where she chaired the French
dept. for many years. Eunice was involved in various capacities
at Camp Joli B, a Christian childrens/youth camp in Rollet. She
sponsored and led Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship groups for
high school students for many years and was a source of great
encouragement to many Christian workers and missionaries in Canada
and abroad throughout her lifetime. Eunice was a first rate amateur
landscape artist. Her watercolours and oil paintings have been
featured at numerous exhibitions and showings and grace the hallways
and living rooms of many homes. Prints of her paintings have
adorned the face pages of greeting cards. Eunice was happily
married to Joe
