CHISHOLM, Benson " Grant"
Of Goderich, Ontario in his 78th year. Peacefully in Citrus Ridge, Florida on March 6th, 2008. Predeceased by his beloved wife Wilma (WATSON) in 2004. Proud Father of Lynda (Doug) SPLAN, Bill (Dorrie) CHISHOLM, Peter (Helen) CHISHOLM, Mark (Patti) CHISHOLM, Laurie (Mike) GOETZ, Nancy (Neil) BIEMAN, Brenda (Steve) BERRY, Sally CHISHOLM and Cathy (Dan) HINSCHBERGER. Cherished Grandfather of 20. Great-grandfather of 8. Dear brother of Marybelle (Mel) EDWARDS, Don (Fran) CHISHOLM and Dianne (Nigel) BELLCHAMBER. Predeceased by his parents Ben and Bessie (GRANT) CHISHOLM and granddaughter Julie. Grant was a proud member of the Lion's Club, and was the Past District Governor A9 in 1975 and 1976. Grant owned and operated Chisholm Fuels in Lucknow and surrounding area and was in the fuel business for over 50 years, he also was a past president of COHA. Family and Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes Ltd., "Bluewater Chapel", 201 Suncoast Drive, East, Goderich, Ontario N7A 4H8 (519-524-1221) on Tuesday March 11th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Peter's Church, 156 North Street, Goderich on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at 11 a.m. Reverend Father John JASICA officiating. Spring Interment Greenhill Cemetery, Lucknow. Members of the Lions Club will hold a memorial service at the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 6: 30 p.m. followed by Parish Prayers at 7:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Community Living Association of Wingham. Grant was blessed with a happy and full life, and especially enjoyed travelling with the Lions Club and with Scottish pipe bands. His dedication to service and his community was inspiring. He will be remembered for his sense of humour and will be sadly missed by all of his family and Friends.

JASKE, Mary (née ROMER)
Peacefully on Sunday, May 25, 2008 at Village of Humber Heights in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley JASKE. Loving mother of Barbara and her husband Jack BLACK, and Jo-anne and her husband Stephen BAMBROUGH of Port Perry. Loved and cherished by her grandchildren Beth BLACK (Dan,) Lori BLACK (Steve,) Cynthia KORKUT (Mike,) Tim BROWN (Sheena) and her great-grandchildren: Emmett, Lily, Archer, Davis, Kaye, Jessyca, MacKenzie, Daniel and Olivia. Dear sister of Joseph ROMER and his wife Adele. Lovingly remembered by all her nieces and many Friends. The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses and staff on the Brule unit of Humber Heights nursing home. Their dedication to her care is most appreciated. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, 3055 Bloor Street West (west of Royal York Rd.), on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 10: 30 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery. If so desired, remembrances may be made to Saint_Joseph's Health Care Centre, The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society.

Peacefully, with his family at his side, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Glen CRAIGIE of Owen Sound in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of June (nee RAWN.) Dear father of Penny GALBRAITH, Glendon James and his wife Nancy, Cheryl-Lynn and her husband Ronald GALBRAITH, Katherine and her husband Vern DYER all of Owen Sound and Janice and her husband Jack SEAMAN of Annan. Sadly missed by seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Jean HACKETT of Barrie. Friends are invited to the Tannahill Funeral Home 519-376-3710 for visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock with Pastor Brian JASPER officiating. At Errinrung Residence in Thornbury on Tuesday April 8, 2008. The former Ailsa MAPLEY, daughter of the late Ernest and Annie Elizabeth (née TOESLAND) MAPLEY of England, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Hartley JONES. Loved mother of Karen and her husband David HAMMOND of Clarksburg and John JONES of Thornbury. Fondly remembered and sadly missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Kelly and her husband Mike MacKEY and their children Blair and Hunter of Meaford; Jennifer HAMMOND and her children Justice and Elijah of Clarksburg; and Heather JONES of Thornbury. Dear sister of Rita MILLWARD of England, Desmond and his wife Joyce also of England, and Pauline and her husband Bob JASTAK of Thornbury. Predeceased by a sister Beryl (late Levi) MUSTARD formerly of Thornbury and Meaford. A memorial funeral service, officiated by Reverend Judy WALTON, will be conducted at St. George's Anglican Church in Clarksburg on Saturday April 12, 2008 at 11 a.m. with interment of Ailsa's ashes to follow at Thornbury- Clarksburg Union Cemetery.
