Peacefully at Watford Quality Care on Friday, June 27th, 2008, Thelma "Sammie" McGEOCH of Melbourne in her 86th year. Predeceased by her husband James "Jim" McGEOCH (1998.) Dear mother of Cheryl (Elmer) BANNISTER of Simcoe, Heather Hart (Greg) GAVAN of Sarnia, Bonnie DELANGHE of London and Kim (Paul) MacDONALD of Dutton. Dear grandmother of Nicole (Jeff) PRICE, Rick AUSTIN, Brooke and Ben DELANGHE, Kaleigh, Josh and Shawna MacDONALD. Also remembered by Melanie (Tony) and Brian GAVAN and 4 great-grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew and Jessica PRICE and Rick AUSTIN Jr. Predeceased by brother Mel BARTLETT. Mrs. McGEOCH was a longtime member of Guthrie Presbyterian Church, Melbourne and a lifetime member of Womens Missionary Society. Friends may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Sunday, June 29th from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service to follow on Monday from the funeral home commencing at 2 p.m. with Rev. Amanda BIRCHALL officiating. Interment Longwoods Cemetery, Melbourne. Donations to Guthrie Presbyterian Church, Melbourne would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound on Friday March 7, 2008. Matina (née MIRAS) in her 82nd year, has now gone to meet the Lord. Beloved wife of the late Peter TOMBROS. Loved mother of Jim and his friend Debbie of Owen Sound, the late Maria GAVARIS, and Aphrodite (Dee) and her husband Mark TURK of Bakersfield, California. Loved mother-in-law of Louis GAVARIS of Owen Sound. Proud grandmother of James, Georgina and her husband Stelios DIMAKOS, Peter and Bethany. Loving great-grandmother of Angelina. Dear sister of James and Sofia MIRAS and George and Betty LAGOGIANES. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family Jim, Pete and Ted, Maria and her husband Steve GAVARIS and their children Nick and Sophia, Chris GAVARIS and his wife Shelley and their children Jenna, Jordan, Alexia. Predeceased by her daughter Maria (Mrs. Louis GAVARIS.) Friends may call at the Breckenridge-Ashcroft Funeral Home on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. At McCormick Home on Tuesday June 3, 2008, Mrs. Daisy BENNETT of London, formerly of Oshawa, in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her loving husband Laurence BENNETT (1980) and her daughter Joan SANELLI (2006.) Survived by her daughters and their husbands Sally and Emil GAVERLUK of London, Anne and Mike BASSANO of Oshawa as well as 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will take place in the Needham Funeral Chapel, 520 Dundas Street, London on Friday June 6, 2008 at 3: 00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Red Cross or the McCormick Home.

GAVIGAN- MASSE, Connor Anthony
(March 11, 2008-June 15, 2008)
On June 15, 2008 at 4: 28 a.m. our little angel went peacefully to be with his great-grandparents in heaven. Although Connor was only with us a short time, he still stole the heart of anyone who knew him. Connor is survived by; his twin brother Brady, Mom (Jacki-Lynn GAVIGAN,) Dad (Daniel MASSE,) Grandma and Grandpa GAVIGAN, Grandma and Grandpa MASSE, Great-grandma Lynnie, Great-grandma Norma, his Uncles; Trevor, Dean, and Taylor, Godmother Phydell, Godfather J.R., and many more Great Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Special thanks to the D7-300 nurses, P.C.C.U. nurses, and all of Connors many doctors at Victoria Hospital for not giving up on our little angel. An open house will be held on Saturday June 21, 2008 from 12 p.m.-4 p.m. at 1 Weymouth Drive in London, for any Friends and family that would like to pay their respects. Any donations to London Childrens Hospital in Connors name would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in Connors name.

CHARRON, David Albert
Born February 14, 1948, David Albert CHARRON, passed away on June 17, 2008 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, Ontario, with his wife by his side. Sadly missed by his wife of 41 years Brenda (PETERS,) formerly of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Loving father of son Michael (Nancy) and daughter Dena (Eric) PARSONS, all of Sarnia. David leaves behind five broken hearts, his grandchildren who brought him so much joy: Kevin, Keenan, Madison, Nicolas and Makayla. David was born in Windsor, Ontario and was the son of Bert and the late Lillian (KESTLE) CHARRON and son-in-law to the late George and Lena PETERS of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Survived by one brother James Wright (Jane) of Windsor, by sisters Linda (Michele-Anne) of Toronto, Julie (Robert) KINDSVATER of Florida, Susan (Tom) WARD of Dorchester, Bonnie (Lance) DUROCHER of Belle River, Jenny (Chuck) GAVIN of Kitchener, and by brothers-in-law Jimmie (Marjorie) PETERS of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and Leonard PETERS of Edmonton, Alberta. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to Life Outreach International, his favourite charity. A Celebration of Life Reception will take place for family and Friends on Saturday, June 21, 2008 from 1: 00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the 1250 Wellington Street Community Centre. KUSINSKIS, Aleksas
After a celebrated life full of music with a great passion for his Lithuanian church and community. Aleksas loved life, family and Friends. At the Creedan Valley Nursing Home in Creemore, Ontario on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 in his 90th year. Aleksas, loving husband of the late Sofija (May 1981). Dear father of Algis (Peter) and his wife Madonna, Dana KUSINSKIS and Rita and her husband Ralph DOBILAS. Grandfather of Justin (Jennifer,) Michael (Crystal), Alex, Trystan, Frank, Christina and great-grandfather of John GAVIN. Predeceased by one sister Birute of Lithuania. Aleksas will be sadly missed by many Friends in the United States and Lithuania. Visitation was held at the Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 132 River Road East, Wasaga Beach 705-429-1040 (1 block east of Main Street) Thursday, February 14, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers were held Thursday February 14, 2008 at 5 p.m. Mass was celebrated Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 11 a.m. from the Lithuanian Martyrs Church (2185 Stavebank Road, Mississauga) with visitation held in the church 1 hour prior to service. Interment Saint_John's Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
