by his heartbroken family at Toronto Western Hospital. Survived

great city of Toronto. Paralyzed by a 26-foot fall in 1989, Dionisio
was grateful to have survived those circumstances, and see his
family grow. He will forever be remembered for his work ethic,
generosity, compassion, and Friendship. The family would like
to thank in particular Doctor S.

caring staff of the Toronto Western Hospital Intensive Care Unit
and Community Care Access Centre nurses. Private services were
held on March 8, 2008. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made
