Peacefully at Saint_Joseph's Health Centre on Wednesday June 25,
2008 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Margaret "Meggie" for
61 years. Vic was a well respected Doctor of Osteopathy practicing
on Yonge street for over 50 years. He was one of the original
members of Thorncrest Village where they have lived for over
60 years. A weekend architect, engineer and builder, Vic built
their Georgian Bay cottage, which in their hearts, was their
first home. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Friends
may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W.,
at Windermere Ave., east of Jane subway, from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday July 2,
2008 at 2 p.m. If desired, donations to the Lung Association
would be appreciated by the family.
