HOWELL, Garth Tyson
At Victoria Hospital, on Sunday, July 6th 2008, Garth Tyson HOWELL of Saint Thomas at the age of 30. Beloved partner of Eunseon "Sunny" Park. Cherished son of Bob and Linda HOWELL. Much loved brother of Erin Howell VAN DAM and Bart HOWELL. Loving uncle to Jake VAN DAM. Also survived by 2 great aunts, Mary and Margaret. Predeceased by grandparents Ron and Ann POCOCK and Bill and Jean HOWELL. Garth will be missed by many close Friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2: 00-5:00 and 7: 00-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, where a Celebration of Garth's Life will be held on Friday, July 11th, 2008 at 1: 00 p.m. There will be a motorcycle procession to Garth and Sunny's residence for a reception following the service. ARDY, Frank Reginald
Of Fingal, Ontario in his 80th year, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday April 24, 2008. Beloved husband of Elaine. Loving father of Katherine ARDY (John Kenneth,) Karen ARDY, Kim (Jerry) DAMEN and Kristine (David) NYHOUT. Loving step-father of Jim (Deborah) WARD and Christine (Michael) RENAUD. Grandpa Frank will be sadly missed by 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by sisters Gladys and Betty. Frank was predeceased by his parents John and Bertha ARDY and by his sisters Joyce and Thelma. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held Monday at 1: 00 p.m. Interment to follow in Fingal Cemetery. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Terry, Penny, Ann, Kristin and Michael, great-grandchildren Alycia, Jonathan, Matthew, Amanda, Louis, Daniel and Nailah. Passed away unexpectedly on June 22, 2008 at London Health Sciences Centre - University Hospital, Giovanni REALI at the age of 67. Dearly beloved husband of Antonia for nearly 41 years. Devoted and deeply loved father of Anna Maria; and Sandro (Lucia). Dear brother of Arduino (the late Rosa) REALI of London, Giuseppe (Giuseppina) and Franco (Lucia) of Italy; and the late Pasquale, Rocco and Maria. Remembered by his niece Maria Louisa (Jason) and nephew Salvatore (Monica) and families. Brother-in-law to Angela BASACCO (Mario,) Agnesina D'AMICO (Santi) and Tony (Elena) and their families. Suddenly, with his family by his side, on Friday, May 9, 2008, William (Willie) Alexander BLOIS "Willie Lee", in his 57th year, went to be with the Lord. He will be sadly missed by his wife Donna. Beloved son of Rita and the late William BLOIS (1977.) He will be deeply missed by his brothers and sisters; Anne (Ken) DOAN, Bob (Denise,) Kevin (Dale,) Tom (Nancy,) Mike, Larry (Pam,) Susan (Ian) JONES and Tony (Lisa.) Father of Katie HOFFMAN. Loving grandfather of Casidy, Buddy, Colton, Michael, Tyler and Grace. Dear step-father of Mike (Erin) KORPI and Cathy KORPI. He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Loving mother and trusted confidante to Carol (Craig LOWERY/LOWREY/LOWRIE/LOWRY,) Paul (Lynn), Diane (Peter NERBY), Stephen (Mary Frances) and Janet (Rocco GISMONDI.) Rose Marie took special delight in her role as a devoted grandmother to Claire, Stephanie, Lauren, Alycia, Jennifer, Kelly, Cassidy, Rebecca, Drew, Lucas, Maddie, Alanna and Dylan. Survived by her dear sisters Margaret and her husband Roy YOUNKER of Cornwall, Prince Edward Island and Norma QUATSCH of Kingston, Ontario. Rose Marie will be deeply missed by her cherished life-long friend Phyllis GILMOUR as well extended family and many Friends. Our family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Sunrise for their care and compassion.
Rose Marie had a very special bond with her late mother Margaret JOHNSTON (1992.) Her life was highlighted with 5 decades of summers at The Farm in Innisfil, where she and Nana welcomed everyone with open arms.
She especially enjoyed her 25 years spent with her colleagues at Sinclair Cockburn Insurance.
Friends may visit on Thursday, April 10th, from 7-9 p.m. and Friday April 11th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles).
