try to fill the void with all the memories you left us, how you
loved to laugh and have fun and how important your family was

Proud father
of Thomas (Debbie), Heidi (Jerry), Christopher (Debbie), Stephanie

at Appleby College shaping young minds and helping his students
to become the people they are today. He travelled to the Orient

(May 20 1920-June 14 2008)
Peacefully in her home Saturday, June 14th 2008.
Born in England, Betty moved to Alberta with her family at age
8. At 17 she moved to Paris to live with relatives to continue
studies, but returned to Canada in 1940 narrowly escaping the
occupation of France. During the war she worked at Aircraft Repair
in Edmonton where she met Frederick
BULLER whom she married in
1944. After the war, Fred's aerospace career brought them to
north Toronto where they raised their family, daughter Jocelyn
and son Christopher. Many happy years ensued with family, wonderful
neighbours, and
De Havilland Canada Friends.
Retirement brought Betty and Fred to the west coast in 1981,
first to White Rock. Betty remained devoted to Fred throughout
his long illness. After his death in 1994 she moved to Vancouver
and energetically renewed her interests in literature, music,
current events and travel, returning to Paris and the south of
France with family often. She had a genuine interest in others
and made new Friends of all ages throughout her life. Participating
in the growth to young adulthood of her four adoring grandchildren
