LARGY, Milton John
Bowled his final frame on February 26, 2008 at age 86. Milt was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec in 1921, marrying Dorothy Jean LEARNED, who predeceased him by 17 years. Milt is survived by daughters: Patricia ADAM/ADAMS (Brian) of Fort Steele, British Columbia, Maureen JOHNSON (Ed) of Calgary and Bonnie-Lynn WARNER (Rolf) of Peers, Alberta; son James of Calgary; grandchildren: Andrea JOHNSON of Lethbridge, Alberta, Craig WARNER of Vancouver and Kirsteena BEIER of Hinton, Alberta; great-grandchildren: Dakota, Faith, Ashton and Aisha, all of Alberta; brother Gerald (Pauline) of Compton, Quebec and his good friend Lil DANIELS of Hamilton, Ontario. Milt was predeceased by Jean, his brother Gordon (Marg) and grandchildren, Christopher JOHNSON and Chad LARGY. Milt was an avid 10 pin bowler, a charter member of St. Patrick's Academy "Old Boy's" Association of Sherbrooke and had only one employer, CP Rail. He began working for CP Rail in Sherbrooke, transferred to London, Ontario, then to Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he retired in 1983. Fiercely independent to the end, Milt passed away after a very short illness at London's Health Sciences Centre, where he received wonderful care. Cremation has been entrusted to Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road, London, Ontario (519-641-1793). There will be no service in London, but the family will gather at Ascot Corner, Quebec for a graveside remembrance, when the spring flowers are in bloom. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Milt are asked to consider London Health Sciences Foundation-University Hospital, Intensive Care Unit.

Peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus on Sunday, June 22, 2008, Allen Gustin WILLSIE of R.R.#1 Thedford passed away in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Mary (née FISHER) WILLSIE. Loving father to Garry WILLSIE and Christine MOORE of Thedford, Jack and Carol WILLSIE of Forest, Ina and Frank BRAMMALL of Parkhill, Doug and Janet WILLSIE of R.R.#1 Thedford, Doreen and Rick BEIERLING of Parkhill, and Brenda and Rod MILBURN of Petawawa. Cherished grandfather of Greg, Wesley, Jeffrey, Timothy, Heather, Penny, Jimmy, Bryan, Becky, David, Billi-Marie, Kraig, Scott, Daniel, and great-grandfather to Erin-Lynn. A resident of London and formerly of Bothwell passed away Friday, April 18, 2008 at London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus at the age of 91. She was born in Bothwell daughter of the late John and Jenny (PATTERSON) HEWITT. Jean was a former Mayor of the Town of Bothwell in the early 1960's and a life member of Bothwell Baptist Church. Beloved wife of the late Jack TAIT/TAITE/TATE (2001.) Loving mother of David John TAIT/TAITE/TATE and his wife Ardene of Embro. Special grandma of Lou Ann TAIT/TAITE/TATE, Arlene BEILBY, Darlene STONE, Katharine WHITTINGSTALL and 10 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Doris ARMSTRONG of Mitchell's Bay, Irene WOODS of Blenheim and Jack HEWITT (Jay) of London. She is predeceased by a sister Hazel SIDDALL and brothers Donald, Lorne, Archie, Richard and Ronald. At Saint_Joseph's Hospital, on Saturday, February 9, 2008, Jonathan Michael LOURENCO, precious baby boy of Roberto and Cathy LOURENCO who was born on February 6, 2008. Jonathan will be sadly missed by his big sister, Olivia. He was the beloved grand_son of Julio and Normelia BEIRAO of London and Paulo and Lidia LOURENCO of Toronto. Also left to grieve the loss of Jonathan are a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and many other family members.
