DALY, Michael Edward
Peacefully, after a year long battle with lung disease, surrounded by his wife, son and daughter at London Health Sciences Centre Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, Michael Edward DALY, in his 79th year, retired employee of GM Diesel. Beloved husband and best friend for 55 years of Stella (née BURAK) DALY. Loving father of Michael Patrick (Jodi) DALY of Bermuda, and Theresa (Andrew) FISCHER of Waterloo. Dear grandfather of Lauren, Mikey and Andrew DALY, Carly and Emily FISCHER. Survived by his sister Mary (Leon) LUCAS of London, Joan (Henry) ARIE of Montreal and Patricia (the late Jim) KING of Strathroy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, July 25th from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Memorial Mass at St. George's Church, 1164 Commissioners Road West, on Saturday morning, July 26th at 10 o'clock. Interment immediately following in Saint Peter's Cemetery. Special thanks to Doctor Sanjay MEHTA, the respiratory team and D5-2 nurses and staff at Victoria Hospital, as well as Doctor Jim LEWIS and Doctor David BARR. In lieu of flowers, donations to London Health Sciences Foundation (Dr. Mehta Pulmonary Hypertension), 747 Baseline Road East, London, Ontario N6C 2R6 would be greatly appreciated.

MANDARELLO, Angelo
After a courageous battle with cancer, Angelo passed away peacefully with loving family at her side on Thursday July 24, 2008 at Toronto General Hospital in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Antimo MANDARELLO (1993.) Loving mother to Nancy (Frank PILUSO,) Albina (Bruno ARIGANELLO), Gerry (Lucy), Carol (the late Enzo PECCHIA) and Anna (Chris PENNELL.) Cherished 'Nonna' to Rosie (Steve,) Frankie, Stefano, Tanya, Michael M., Diana, Daniela and Michael and 'BisNonna' to Isabella and Stefano. Survived by dear brother Alessandro and sisters Maria and Filomena. Angela will be missed and lovingly remembered by her family and Friends for her inner strength, compassion, generosity and love for others. Friends may visit on Saturday July 26, from 6-9 p.m. and Sunday July 27, from 4-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). ARMSTRONG, Steven
Suddenly on Saturday, April 26, 2008, Steven ARMSTRONG of Strathroy in his 24th year lost his life due to the consequences of a tragic car accident early Saturday morning on Melbourne Rd. Steven was the loving son of George and Agnes ARMSTRONG of Strathroy, and the cherished younger brother of Denise Armstrong Joedy PAGE.) Steven will be dearly missed by his grandparents Bob and Elsie MANN, Alice DAVIDSON and Roy and Ivy DAVIDSON. Steven will be fondly remembered by his very proud Aunts and Uncles; Norm ALSOP, Barb and Dick MANN, Darleen and Brian CARTER and his devoted cousins, particularly David SEABROOK (Erin,) Rick MANN (Ashley ARIS) and Sara MANN (Aaron KAMPERS.) Steven will be tremendously missed by his many loving family members and countless loyal Friends. Originally from London, Ontario, Steven graduated from A.B. Lucas Secondary School in 2005 and after spending some time in the work force, was planning to attend Fanshawe College this fall to move onto the next stage of his life. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Saint_John the Evangelist Church, located on 34 head Street North, Strathroy at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008.
