Peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, with his loving family by his side, on Tuesday, July 15th, 2008. Barry Wilford Tucker McCUTCHEON, of Owen Sound, in his 66th year. Dearly beloved husband of Donna McCUTCHEON (née WIGGINS.) Loving father of Rob McCUTCHEON, of Owen Sound and Doug McCUTCHEON and his fiancée, Stacey, of Victoria, British Columbia. Cherished brother of Orla CATHRAE and her husband, Doug, of Owen Sound and Connie MARTIN and her friend, Stephen McDOWELL, of Leamington. Barry is survived by his in-laws, Marion McCANN, Marjorie WIGGINS, Alex BAKER, John McCANN and his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Evelyn McCUTCHEON (née TUCKER;) his brother, Charles McCUTCHEON and his wife, Betty; his brother-in-law, Bill MARTIN. At Bluewater Health Mitton Street Site on 15 May 2008, James JOHNSON age 83 of Sarnia. Husband of the late June Barbara (HALL) JOHNSON. Father of Christopher, Valerie and Brett JOHNSON. Grandfather of Jessica and Ian McDOWELL, Tyler MacKENZIE and Ashley JOHNSON. Great-grandfather of Alison and Emily McCULLY, Kayla McDOWELL and William JOHNSON- RALPHS. Jim served as a Bomb Aimer in World War 2 with 426 Squadron. Later he returned to school at University of Toronto, he graduated in 1951 with a B.A.Sc., Chemical Engineering. Upon graduation Jim joined Dow Chemical. He retired in 1982. At Jim's request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation is to take place and the ashes will be interred at Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Also loved and missed by 9 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Jasper and Eva SNELL of Westfield and Jeanetta and Delton HALLMAN of Cambridge. Died at her residence peacefully on July 21st, 2008. The beloved only daughter of Vera Clinton McDOWELL, and Frank G. KERSHAW of Goderich. Jeanne retained fond memories of her brother Jack, devoted and loved niece of Gladys McDOWELL and sister Audrey. Jeanne was a free spirit whose life touched many as a professional beautician owner, as well as founder of Brig A Doon Celtic Importing/Exporting Business in London. Jeanne did volunteer work and assisted those she could, throughout her life. She had a great love for theater, music, was an avid curler and bridge player. She was a member of the business and professional women's club. Illness prevented her from continuing her work, but she constantly showed the cheerful sense of humour and Jouir De Vivre, which followed her throughout her life. Her peals of laughter will be remembered by all who knew her. Jeanne produced a movie, "On Wings of Valour", to rebut the valour and the horror, produced by the McKeena brothers on C.B.C. the program was shown coast to coast an on A&E, as well as Channel 4 in United Kingdom. It won a best movie award that year. She also wrote articles in newspapers and magazines. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Boys and Girls Club, Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
