You will be in our hearts for more than a while, the memories of you are something that time can't kill. When it comes to good men, it's unfortunate to have lost another one". McDOWELL, James William
Local Toronto businessman passed away peacefully March 10, 2008 from complications due to an accident sustained last September. His eldest son Jim and long time companion Dorine were at his side.
Through a tumultuous life of many great successes and equally exceptional downturns he always maintained a charismatically outgoing and friendly nature. His persistent optimism was only equalled by his stubborn determination to succeed. He was a firm believer in the adage " if it doesn't kill you, it will only make you stronger."
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 19th from 1-3 p.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto. For further details please contact Jim McDowell at (416) 633-8833 #23.
