Born in Yarmouth Township to parents Henry and Emma SMALL, Annie was a long-time resident of Woodham and Exeter, and lived in London since 2003 at Longworth Long Term Care. She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Norris WEBB (1983) and her second husband of 7 years, Ron PACKHAM (2002.) She was an elementary school teacher in Stephen Township and Grand Bend. Annie was a loving mother to Janis and Bill CRAGO of Pembroke, Joanne WAREHAM of London, Douglas and Dianne WEBB of Pembroke, Dennis and Sandra WEBB of Cambridge, Michael and Nancy WEBB of Kanata, Doctor Julie WEBB of Scarborough, Lorie and Larry HAUGH of London. She is survived by her sister Lenora BALL, and in-laws Mary SMALL, Bernice WEBB, Jack MANN, and Ron and Joan WEBB, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. "Grandma Annie" will be sadly missed by her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
