Ella
will be missed by her grandchildren Shannon, Wendy, Kelly, Jeffrey,
Jennifer, Julie, Jared, Jordan, Steven, Cheryl, and Michael,
along with her 7 great-grandchildren. She is survived by sister

Galloway and brother Leonard Pickering. Ella enjoyed Old Time
Square Dancing and was very proud to knit mittens for the Goodfellows
every year. She was a member of Park Street United Church for
many years and later St. Andrew's United. Family will receive
Friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on
Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 3: 00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Toronto's latest homicide victim - a 16-year-old - was beaten
to death, according to autopsy results released yesterday.
The bleeding body of Mahamed Abdi
WARSAME was found in the stairwell
of a Markham Road and Eglinton Avenue East apartment building
Sunday afternoon, police said. Mr.
WARSAME did not live in the
Cougar Court building.
