PRETLOVE (1925-1989.) Audrey is survived by her son David, daughter
Deidre and loving granddaughter Meaghan. Audrey was born in Montréal
on August 25, 1925 to the late John

SUMMERS.
She was raised by her aunt the late Pearl
SUMMERS, became a teacher
and taught for many years. Audrey is fondly remembered by Carol
Lodge, her friend for 76 years and her cousin Doreen
VITTORI
and family. Remembered by Friends and relatives in Montréal and
elsewhere. The family would like to thank the staff at the Isabel
and Arthur Meighen Manor for their care. Special appreciation
to Thelma, Fely and Vera for their loving care during the last
few years. A memorial visitation will be held at the Morley Bedford
Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Avenue West, (2 lights west of Yonge
Street), Sunday, February 24, 2008 from 2: 00-4:00 p.m. A gathering
and interment in the family plot at Mount Royal cemetery in Montréal
will occur at a later date.

after a long fulfilling life. Born in Vancouver in 1912, she
met her future husband and moved to Thunder Bay, Ontario where
they lived and raised a family. Laura and her husband Bob were
true partners as they worked hard together to establish a successful
wood preserving business while also raising two daughters. Laura
moved to Toronto in 2000 to be near her family. Laura's charitable
and community interests were many. In her early days, she was
active in the Auxiliary of Saint_John's Anglican Church, the Children's
Aid Society and the Annual Christmas Hamper Fund. She was also
a great adventurer, keen sailor and ice-boater. Laura was pre-deceased
by her devoted husband Robert James

(2005). His unique sense of humour will be missed by all who
