member of Saint_James Cathedral at King and Church, where his funeral
will take place on Saturday April 12th at 11 a.m. Donations would

and played the piano and organ in the choir. Doris also taught
for many years, which brought her great pleasure, as well as
operating several businesses with Glen in Alvinston over the
years. Mom gave so much and asked of nothing in return and this
is what made her so special to us. Memorial donations may be

Wasaga Beach drowning victim didn't know how to swim
The young man who drowned at Wasaga Beach Provincial Park's Beach
Area Two Saturday has been identified as 20-year-old Irfan Abdul
Samed JOGIAT.
Jumped Into Deep Water
Police say the Toronto man was reportedly a non-swimmer but,
for unknown reasons, jumped out of the dinghy he was floating
in when it was blown into deeper water that was within the marked
swimming area.
Police say he then disappeared into the water.
When police arrived on scene around 4: 30 a paramedic and a bystander
were performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation on the unconscious

Toronto man drowns at Wasaga Beach
The young man who drowned at Wasaga Beach Provincial Park's Beach
Area Two Saturday has been identified as 20-year-old Irfan Abdul
Samed JOGIAT.
Police say the Toronto man was reportedly a non-swimmer but,
for unknown reasons, jumped out of the dinghy he was floating
in when it was blown into deeper water that was within the marked
swimming area.
Police say he then disappeared into the water.
When police arrived on scene around 4: 30 p.m., a paramedic and
a bystander were performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation on
the unconscious man. He was then transported to Collingwood General
and Marine Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

and became an accomplished sewer, bridge player and golfer. She
was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Friends may call

of Toronto where he met Barbara. He worked for many years with
Cabot Carbon of Canada, in Toronto and upon retiring, moved to
Kitchener Waterloo. He was a dedicated volunteer at Community
Care Access Centre and sat on many committees at Luther Village
on the Park. The family would like to acknowledge the extraordinary
kindness and professional care he received during his stay at
Saint Mary's Hospital. At Bill's request, there will be a quiet
immediate family only service, followed by visitation on Thursday
May 8th, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. at Erb and Good Family Funeral Home,
171 King Street South, Waterloo 519-745-8445. A celebration of
his life will take place in Toronto near the end of May. Details
