Passed away on Monday October 15, 2007 at the age of 82. Beloved
husband of Angela, loving father of Leetty and Madeline, loving
father-in-law to Eric
YU and loving grandfather to Clarissa and
Arianna. Erwin was born in Shanghai and graduated from Medicine
in 1943. He was a trained Pediatrician and Radiologist and was
Chief of Radiology for many years at Saint_Joseph's Hospital in
Thunder Bay, Ontario until his retirement in the early 1990's.
Many thanks to the Cardiology Medical Team and nursing staff
on 3B at Toronto Western Hospital for all their kind care and
support. He will be dearly missed by his family. We will miss
his quiet strength and his smiles especially when he was with
his grandchildren who were his most cherished treasures. Friends
may visit on Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 10: 30 to 11 a.m.
at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding,
south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held after visitation
at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toronto
Western Hospital - Cardiac Unit (Foundation Department 416-603-5958).
